Sometimes, depending on the gift I choose, I find it difficult to check whether the e-gift cards I redeem with points have been emailed, or to find out exactly when they were sent. It can be frustrating to have to wait a day or two for support to respond. I recommend improving the e-gift card tracking system to display statuses such as 'in processing' and 'emailed,' and to include an option to resend the email if it hasn't been received. What's more, these headphones cost me nothing, and they're being shipped to my home now. I liked that it was very easy to connect with a customer service representative, who responded to my question within hours and helped me verify the make and model of the item I wanted to order.
