While my overall experience has been positive, I'd like to see improvements in reporting capabilities, notification management, and mobile usability. In addition, when reward items require manufacturer warranty support, the process can involve multiple parties, so a more streamlined end-to-end experience would be beneficial. I do appreciate the option of leaving a recognition for fellow employees as either public or private, and the option to send a funny GIF instead of generic corporate art. I like the whole concept, and although I'm new to it, I find it very user-friendly. I appreciate that everything is all in one place, making it more convenient compared to other software where you have to switch platforms to recognize individuals and redeem rewards. It's super easy to set up; you just enter your details from an email link. I like that information is accessible via the mobile app, making it even easier to use. I love the products OC Tanner provides. I reached out through the chat for help with some previous orders I had placed, and the agent was incredibly kind and resolved everything fast. I was able to receive what I bought with my points within two minutes. I really wish more companies had a platform like this. The site is easy to navigate and i find myself on there frequently whether i have points or not . I also noticed recently that the products offered switch quite often.
