"Intuitive Recognition That Makes Engagement Meaningful and Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

What I like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is how it makes recognition and employee engagement more meaningful, visible, and consistent across the organization. The platform is intuitive and fosters a culture where appreciation is not just occasional but embedded in everyday interactions. I also appreciate how it aligns recognition with company values, making it more purposeful and impactful while strengthening team connection and morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

One area for improvement is that some features can feel less intuitive at first, especially for new users navigating the platform. At times, it can take a bit of effort to locate specific functionalities or fully understand how to maximize all available tools. Additionally, increased customization options and clearer reporting insights could further enhance the overall user experience and make it even more effective for different team needs. "Fast Reward Selection, Timely Delivery, and Superb Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

The platform allows you to filter rewards that are within your allocation making it easier and faster to select from a variety of reward options that suit awardees with different preferences.

It remembers my favorites so that I can search for them faster the next time I claim a reward. And if I accumulate more points, I get to purchase higher valued items at a discount.

I also appreciate their timely delivery of these rewards.

Speaking of timeliness, their support team is superb. They are proactive and quick to resolve issues. They have the option to engage via chat and get help articles using AI or engage with a live person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to see more local brands available, and for the search filters and catalog to be a bit more precise. At times, navigating through all the features can feel slightly overwhelming, especially when I’m trying to find something specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Versatile Platform with Exceptional Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I use Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner to receive items that I like using my company's swag points and to send gift cards for special occasions to friends. I really appreciate the variety of items available, with many categories to choose from for different levels of swag points—there are enough choices for everyone. Their customer service stands out to me because they try to resolve issues right away and don't blow you off. When a friend didn't receive an e-gift card I sent, O.C. Tanner's customer service quickly sent another one, and she was able to access it immediately. The initial setup was also very easy, as they provided step-by-step instructions that took only seconds. What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

The only negative thing I found dealing with the company is that there wasn't sufficient inventory in the item I had chosen a while back so I had to substitute with another item that I didn't like as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Milestone Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I like that Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is easy to use. Whenever I have any issues, like a gift not working properly or if it's damaged, I email their service team, and they reply immediately. The FedEx return shipments are convenient because they get picked up at work. It’s also great because the service is efficient, especially for handling issues with unionized employees, enhancing customer service on our end and improving company culture. I really appreciate that uploading a list is simple; I do it once a year at the beginning or end of the year, and then we get automated emails. I can't really ask for more. You have a guide on the format, you just upload it, and you’re done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Rewards but Shipping Delays"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I really like the opportunity to receive items and gift cards without having to purchase them, which is especially convenient for me. It's really handy to use Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner for purchases since I can use rewards given by my company, allowing me to get things I want or need without spending out of my pocket. This setup is particularly useful when looking for something, whether it's a gift card or an actual item that companies are offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

Yeah. The shipping timeline is incorrect on most items. I just purchased an item that said it would be delivered within three to ten business days. Was just told this morning it will not even be shipped until the twelfth business day. This is extremely inconvenient and misleading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Helpful Support and an Easy-to-Navigate Recognition Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

Customer service provided quick, helpful support. The website is easy to navigate, and I like being able to see when my team members get recognized. I also appreciate the reminders on the site to recognize a team member. The store is organized into sensible categories, and the drop-down list makes it easy to find what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

On the previous platform, Visa gift cards were available, whereas Culture Cloud only offers gift cards for specific stores. I really appreciated having the option of a cash-value gift card that I could use anywhere, but that isn’t available on Culture Cloud. Also, some items are occasionally placed in the wrong categories, which can make navigating the site a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform Enhances Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I appreciate how Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner gives us a list of orders or items we can purchase, offering a lot of options to ensure we buy what we want. The portal is very efficient for day-to-day use, especially when purchasing items. I also like that it's user-friendly and helps us communicate with the team directly. I rate it a 10 because it's very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I think the improvement that the OC Tanner team can provide is to make it more efficient when it comes to selecting items or to purchase items on the portal itself. For example, the gift cards, I think the improvement there is if we're going to have points that can probably be suited for a gift card, and if they can list other gift cards aside from the ones listed on the old standard Culture Cloud portal.
