I recently purchased a gift card for my son & I have informed delivery through the post office. The gift card was scanned in by the post office but never delivered so I assume it was stolen. The return address on the envelope has Rewards Center & the front was labeled 'Information Regarding Your Award Enclosed'. The rewards that available on the O.C. Tanner are great and up to date. There are a lot of options to pick for all the different ranges. The site is easy to order from and the communication about the status of your order is top notch. I recently had to interact with Eleena from their customer service. She was awesome! The only thing that is missing from the site is the model number of the items you are purchasing.

For instance on Apple products they provide you the information about the product but not the exact model number so you aren't 100% sure what model you are getting until the item arrives.

Good day. I had an issue with the code to open the gift link. I made the call and, when I dialed, they answered quickly; the representative was very kind during the call and solved the problem. I only waited 10 minutes to be able to access the gift link and select my gift. The gift confirmation emails arrived quickly and were well explained to be able to obtain it.
