"Culture Amp: Wonderful Platform for All Things Organizational Culture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp is always evolving, regularly introducing new features that significantly enhance the user experience. In addition to the platform itself, every staff member I have interacted with has been intelligent, friendly, and fully dedicated to ensuring that users get the most value from the platform. It seamlessly integrates with our HRIS system and is incredibly user-friendly, allowing admins and employees alike to easily learn and interact with the system. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Our organization does not utilize all the features available on the Culture Amp platform, so I find it difficult to comment on the full range of use cases that Culture Amp can provide. This is not a shortcoming of Culture Amp itself, but rather a result of our existing systems that already address some of the areas that Culture Amp also supports. "Versatile Survey Tool with Customization Excellence"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I really appreciate the flexibility Culture Amp offers in creating customized questions and the ranking abilities, which allow me to tailor the surveys specifically to the sports endurance industry. The reporting feature is another aspect I find invaluable because it consolidates information in a way that is easy to analyze and understand. Having everything centralized in one location significantly enhances efficiency when conducting Employee Engagement Surveys and Exit Interviews. This streamlined approach not only saves time but also improves the quality of insights I gain from the data. Furthermore, my positive experience is reflected in my high recommendation score of 9 out of 10, indicating my satisfaction with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

At the moment, I have nothing to add. I find it very straightforward to use and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Culture Amp Has Transformed Our People Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Since launching Culture Amp in December 2023, NHS has seen a steady rise in engagement scores and a complete turnaround in performance management. Previously, performance reviews were irregular and lacked structure. Today, every employee has received at least one review, with most now on an annual cycle, ensuring clarity, accountability, and meaningful feedback.

The platform has also streamlined our 1:1 meetings, making them more focused and productive through built-in agendas and task tracking. Culture Amp has been instrumental in helping us build a more engaged, high-performing culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp’s frequent alerts can be overwhelming, especially for managers with large teams. While we support regular reviews, the annual cadence can be time-consuming without tools to streamline the process. More flexibility in notifications and manager workflows would be a welcome improvement.

Additionally, while we value the emphasis on regular performance reviews, some managers have expressed that the annual review cadence can be time-consuming to maintain, especially without streamlined options for bulk planning or time-saving templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most user-friendly, progressive and trusted human-like system provider."
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I love that the platform is grounded in research and human experience - it gives real confidence in the data and recommendations. Results are also easy to interpret and translate into meaningful actions. As someone who sets up surveys and performance reviews, they are so thoughtfully designed and easy to manage + everything feels purposeful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

A probation review cycle is desperately needed!

Also needed is a private avenue for Shoutouts - and a way for admins to still be able to report on recognition sent privately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

My experience with Culture Amp has been overwhelmingly positive, largely due to their outstanding service and support. From the initial conversations with the account management team through implementation and ongoing product support, every interaction has been fantastic. A special mention goes to the People Scientist support, which was invaluable in helping us design effective surveys and build a robust action plan strategy.

Beyond the people, the platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, especially from an administrator's perspective. Creating and managing surveys is incredibly simple and straightforward. The AI summary tool is another standout feature that has proven to be super cool and genuinely useful for quickly distilling insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The only area for improvement I've encountered is related to language options for managers. I wish there was a feature that allowed individual managers to select their preferred language for their dashboard directly. Currently, this has to be configured on the backend, and providing managers with the autonomy to choose would be a significant enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Self-Service Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The self-service platform allows me to launch surveys independently, without needing to rely on others. The live chat support is excellent—they operate across US, Australia, and UK time zones, so support is available nearly 24/7. The manager hierarchy is built-in, automatically based on immediate manager details. I appreciate the ability to create unlimited surveys and the comprehensive training resources available for managers. Implementation was straightforward and seamless, and the platform integrates perfectly with Workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

They listen to feedback and use it to shape their product roadmap, so I have nothing to add here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Tool for Streamlined Performance Reviews"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I appreciate Culture Amp for its robust 360-degree process in performance reviews, which helps streamline the process significantly. The AI function is particularly impressive as it summarizes reviews and feedback comprehensively for each employee participating in the review process. As for the data analytics from surveys, I find it incredibly easy to access, and the AI's ability to summarize survey results adds immense value to my analytical tasks. Culture Amp's foundation on people science is something I truly like, as it adds depth and credibility to their methodologies. Furthermore, the platform's integration with Google Calendar is seamless, making one-on-one session scheduling with employees efficient and preventing missed appointments. The initial setup was remarkably easy, and the support received was invaluable, especially the office hours offered by the support team, which proved to be very helpful. "Why Culture Amp is best :)"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp makes it really easy to gather and analyze employee feedback in one place. The platform is very intuitive, with clear dashboards and reporting features that help us quickly identify engagement trends. I especially like the benchmark comparisons and actionable insights that make it easier for HR and managers to take data-driven decisions. It’s also great for pulse surveys and tracking progress over time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Sometimes the reporting can feel a little overwhelming if you’re new to the tool, and customization options for survey design could be more flexible. Also, exporting certain reports could be smoother. But overall, these are minor compared to the value it provides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
