"Keeps Career Goals and Performance Perfectly Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

It tracks everything from past years’ performance and upcoming career objectives. It also gives both my manager and me a place to review what I’m focused on and stay aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It’s a bit time-consuming, especially when I’m filling it out only once or twice a year. Trying to remember all of my success stories is hard. Maybe you could add a crawler that checks my drive for notable wins, so I don’t have to rely on memory as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Platform That Turns Feedback into Meaningful Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

What I like most about Culture Amp is how it combines simplicity, a user friendly and intuitive platform with meaningful insights and data. Rather than just collecting employee responses, the system translates data into clear drivers of engagement and highlights where to focus our action. The external benchmarking data and AI coach are two important features for me as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Overall I am very happy the platform and appreciate the ongoing enhancements that are made. I would like to see features like being able to put comments against demographic questions, being able to redact comments ourselves improved. I also don't think the prepopulated reporting is as effective and efficient as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive AI Insights and Standout Support in Culture Amp"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The AI features of Culture Amp really impressed me when we conducted our first Engagement Survey. The ability to summarize comments for efficient review really stood out. The support we’ve received before, during, and after the survey has set Culture Amp apart for me—there was always someone available and willing to assist. I’m also finding the 1:1 feature very helpful, and I use it for my weekly 1:1s with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I honestly haven’t had any negative experiences. There was a small learning curve when I first started using the system, but Culture Amp is user-friendly and easy to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for Regular Check-Ins, Needs a More Intuitive Interface"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I use Culture Amp for weekly check-ins with my manager. I appreciate that these check-ins provide me with a platform for feedback, allowing a regular 'temperature check' on various aspects of my work. I like that it offers written feedback at the end of the check-in, providing insights into what is going well and what challenges I face. This regular check-in process helps me and my manager stay aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I find that in some ways, Culture Amp is not very intuitive. It's a bit hard to know whether you've saved a response or not. It's not very intuitive in terms of knowing what you need to do after your manager and you have caught up. Validating things that have been put in the system so you get an automated check-in for the next time is also unclear. Understanding when you're saving something and when you're not saving something is confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Easy-to-Use Platform with Robust Training"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I really like the flexibility of the platform. It’s easy to make changes to surveys, performance forms, and other types of forms without much effort. From both an admin and end-user perspective, it’s relatively straightforward to use, and the platform training is very robust and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

There’s a bit less flexibility in customization compared with a platform like Workday, for example. I’d really like the ability to configure a single performance cycle that includes multiple form types, but that currently isn’t an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Culture Surveys and Custom Exit Interviews"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Ability to design our own exit interview questions and navigate the exit interview process. Easy to visually compare current picture with past engagement survey data. The AI coach and AI summaries are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The navigation eg the headings can be a bit clunky and non intuitive so it can take a while to get to what you need. I forget what the difference is between “insights” and “heatmap” for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Surveys & Training, But Slow Chat Response"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I really like that I can create unlimited surveys, both attributed and unattributed, which makes it incredibly flexible for our needs. The 1:1 tool is fantastic because it keeps all my meetings with the manager recorded in one place, allowing for easy review later. The Skills Coach module has been quite beneficial, as many of our employees use it, and it has particularly helped in training our managers on leadership skills. Creating surveys is very intuitive, so I don't have to spend much time on them, and I can tailor the available surveys to my needs. The initial setup of Culture Amp was very seamless, which made the transition smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The chat feature. I sometimes need to wait an hour to get a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Feedback Platform with Room for Navigation Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like how intuitive Culture Amp is. The layout is pretty straightforward and simple, without too many bells and whistles, making it easy to navigate. I appreciate its simplicity because it makes providing feedback less tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I find the tabs not as intuitive. So sometimes when we have our performance feedback cycles, I'm not exactly sure where to go every time. I only visit it maybe a couple times a year. And so I always have to refresh my brain and know how to find my own reviews as well as my peer reviews. On the main navigation, I see feedback, one on ones, goals, performance, development. So I'm not sure personally where I need to go right away to provide feedback, but also to see feedback from my peers. Given that reviews are under performance and surveys are under feedback. And then there's also one on ones tab. So it kind of seems a little bit redundant in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful HR Analytics with Prompt, Knowledgeable Customer Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The functionality behind the scenes. The fact that you can analyse the data is extremely useful for an Hr professional. I also love their customer service , they are prompt, supportive and knowledgeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The engagement and performance profiles don’t talk to each other. I think integration between the two modules would make it even more powerful tool - but I think they are working on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Surveys, Our Team Loves It"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

It's very easy to use and user friendly. I like the good questions it has. The feature we use is basically sending the surveys, customizing them the way we want, and sending them across to specific employees whom we feel are eligible for the survey. My team and I absolutely love Culture Amp. So far so good. The most important aspect of moving to Culture Amp was how user friendly it was, how easy it was to navigate, customize questions, create questions, and send them across to the employees on a quarterly basis. The initial setup was very, very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I haven't come across any situation where I feel that it can be improved or things that I don't like. My team and I absolutely love Culture Amp. So far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
