"Actionable, Segmented Engagement Insights That Show Where to Focus"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The engagement survey turns raw sentiment into segmented, actionable data. We could see exactly where to focus rather than reacting to institute-wide averages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Reporting flexibility is the main limitation. When you want to slice data beyond the standard filters or build custom views for strategic analysis, you hit walls faster than expected. Coach is useful for first-pass interpretation but plateaus quickly; deeper analysis still requires exporting and working outside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary Tool for Employee Engagement Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I love how easy it is to navigate Culture Amp. When I bring a new user into the system to show them either how to use a one-on-one conversation tool or look at a report from the most recent engagement survey, it doesn't take but five minutes to really get them into the tool and explain how to navigate. They're quickly clicking and slicing and dicing with no problem. I also love that it is packed with inspirations for action. Getting the data is the first step, understanding it is the second, but taking action on the data is the third and arguably the most important step. With the built-in inspiration guide and the new AI coach, our users have access to resources that allow them to take meaningful action with their teams and departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think Culture Amp could be improved by adding a feature that allows for workflows that alert managers and HR personnel when users score below a certain threshold on onboarding surveys. I saw something similar with another vendor and thought it would be great for Culture Amp. These alerts and notifications could be displayed on a dashboard visible to HR and leadership to ensure complaints are addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable for Structured Performance Cycles and Benchmark-Backed Engagement Insights"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp has been an invaluable tool for running structured performance cycles and engagement surveys across a hybrid, multi-site workforce. The benchmarking data is where it really earns its place - being able to contextualise your engagement scores against comparable tech companies gives the People function something credible and defensible to bring into leadership and board conversations, rather than just raw internal numbers.

The platform is intuitive enough that managers actually use it, which isn't something you can take for granted with HR tooling. The survey and review cycle workflows are well thought through, and the reporting surfaces insights in a way that makes it straightforward to identify themes and prioritise action. For a scaling tech business where the People team needs to move quickly and communicate clearly upward, that combination of ease-of-use and data quality is genuinely hard to find in one product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The main limitation we've run into with engagement surveys is that the platform is strong on the what but can leave you without enough of the why. You get clear quantitative signal at a department or team level, but connecting that back to individual context - understanding the specific experiences driving a score - isn't something the tooling makes easy. Better mechanisms to surface qualitative depth alongside the aggregated results, without compromising anonymity, would make the insights significantly more actionable. "Engaging Manager Training, Reasonably Priced"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I use Culture Amp for manager training, and it really helps new managers become more effective and understand how to do their job through the trainings provided. I find that the trainings are extremely engaging and ensure that I get the most impact for the time and money spent. The pricing is also reasonable. Setting up Culture Amp was very easy for my team, and it supports teamwork and collaboration across our organization very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think if there were more trainings that were specific to higher-level directors and managers, that could be good, especially if I can see the return on the time since their time is always so limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful Analytics with Room for Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I appreciate the constant improvements Culture Amp makes. The AI functionality used for comment analysis and heatmap comparisons has been particularly valuable for my work. AI Coach also makes identifying the most impactful action areas really simple. I also enjoy using Culture Amp's native analytics capabilities, which improve our results analysis process and empower leaders to reach actionable insights faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I wish there was a bit more customization allowed within survey question setup. The ability to ask a multi-faceted question (multiple questions about the same topic in one) would be helpful. Also, being able to send test survey communications to non-admins would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive complete solution with reliable support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like the intuitive interface of Culture Amp, which makes it easy for people to find their way around and feel quickly engaged without having to overcome major barriers. Additionally, I appreciate the clarity of the presentation, the analyses, and the setup all on one platform, without having to evaluate Google Forms and Sheets. The support team is very reliable and really helps when something doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It would be helpful if individual workflows could be more customizable or if one could specifically nudge individual people. Additionally, the integration with the HRIS could be structured more logically and clearly overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Engagement Surveys, Stellar Customer Service"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I think their customer service is probably my favorite. I always find that the team is very open and welcoming, but not too intense. I do think their surveys are great, and it's a very quick and easy system as an administrator as well as an employee filling out any sort of feedback. It was pretty easy to set up too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Yeah. I would love to be able to see review scores more than just once, like, compare the same review year over year or to be able to compare a survey when you might even change questions or whatnot. As well as the one on one feature to be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Authentic, Responsive Team That Truly Wants to Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Hard to land on one thing but it has to be their people. The teams they put together are authentic, responsive kind, and really want to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

We already have a new account manager - good news is it is because our original was promoted within. And our new contact is amazing, but with a company like CA that encourages and promotes, you are going to have tam changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
