"Thanks for making my job as a manager easier!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I love the ability to get a quick glance of how my people are doing with the scale for the check-in questions under the 1-on-1 tab. There are conversations that may not have happened without that scale. I love how well it integrates all I need to know - goals, performance, highs and lows of staff, as well as feedback from others.

I also appreciate the private notes I can take during one-on-one meetings with my staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Sometimes it doesn't feel intuitive. I am currently trying to figure out how to add to calendars so my staff get an email link to make monthly updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Effective Communication Tools"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I have been using Culture Amp for about two years now and find it incredibly valuable for self-reflection and 1-on-1 reviews, as well as for taking short courses aimed at improving work life. I appreciate how Culture Amp has empowered me to communicate my ideas and goals more effectively with my team. The layout of Culture Amp is something I particularly enjoy; it is very user-friendly, which enhances my overall experience. Additionally, I find the feature that allows adding topics for discussion during 1-on-1 reviews extremely useful. This has facilitated productive conversations with my boss, contributing significantly to our discussions' effectiveness. The initial setup of Culture Amp was super easy, making it an accessible tool from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

If i had to say anything id improve its to make a more clear area between improvement plans and reviews. I sometimes get those confused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ASC Review 2025"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like the joined up nature of the product from a career perspective. Rather than the unhelpful annual appraisal which never worked very well across the year Culture Amp breaks down performance reviews into less formal, more frequent conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I believe that Culture Amp could be aligned to the pay review dates for the individual employees so that a review of annual performance can be aligned to financial reward. Also, many of the questions are designed for client facing staff and aren't relevant for Finance. I'm not sure if the lack of department specific questions is purely an issue with the question setters in our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data-Driven Insights, but Pricey"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I appreciate Culture Amp's ability to provide a data-driven approach with analytics that make it easier to draw conclusions without needing extensive data analysis expertise. The service stands out for having comparative data that allows for benchmarking, which was lacking in our previous tool, Survey Monkey. I find the setup process to be quite easy and straightforward, and the onboarding team is exceptionally helpful in overcoming challenges like mapping fields and data formatting. Culture Amp's capability to conduct in-depth surveys is invaluable, as it helps in shaping our engagement focus and action areas effectively. The system's recommendations for findings facilitate leadership buy-in, ensuring the initiatives are not perceived merely as HR-driven. I am impressed by the heatmaps and insights features, which I find particularly useful in my experience with the platform. Additionally, the benchmarking feature, although a secondary factor, adds further value. Overall, I maintain a high likelihood of recommending Culture Amp, rating it 10 out of 10, because of the comprehensive and supportive nature of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I find the cost of Culture Amp to be a significant drawback, with its pricing being almost four times higher than other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to set up, great for performance reviews"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I find it particularly advantageous that Culture Amp is simple, self-explanatory, and easy to set up, which allows for a start without major hurdles. The ability to tailor the system specifically to our needs and integrate it into the HRIS offers us flexibility in application. I appreciate the 1:1 templates that help us create engaging and comprehensive performance reviews. These features support our organization in conducting semi-annual reviews, exit interviews, and 1:1 meetings. Additionally, I am very satisfied with the support, which is reliable and valuable. These aspects significantly contribute to my perception of using Culture Amp as effective and beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly and Fun to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

My employer has been using Culture Amp for a while now and it’s been super helpful. I use it to keep track of 1:1 agendas with my manager. It's nice to not have to do that in sheets or OneNote, I find this more user friendly. We also use it to give and get anytime feedback anytime. I like that the request and reception of the feedback is very easy.

My employer also sends out surveys through Culture Amp, and I've found them to be quick to fill out and easy to understand. The platform makes it very smoooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It seems like there are some features that can't be customized by the employer from what I've heard. There has been a few use cases where HR has just said "Culture Amp won't allow us to do that". One that comes to mind for me is that I wish all feedback was just automatically shared with my manager. In our context it doesn't seem like there is really a reason for it not to be and it creates an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
