"Unmatched UX, Strong ROI, and Innovation That Keeps Getting Better"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The UX experience for HR, Leaders, and Employees is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Plus, CultureAmp continues to add value to their products and services -- continuously innovating and improving their products and the value they provide to HR, Leaders, and all Employees. The ROI and pricing when compared to other HRIS systems is a great value and the integrations work well and are supported by their team. While its been many years since we launched, the support and onboarding was really solid and their customer service is very responsive. Their most recent enhancements within performance and utilization of their AI Coach is better than any other system or HR tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It's not necessarily a dislike, because it's consistent with other HRIS providers -- but that all of the different elements are separate and priced as such. It is a benefit when you're starting out or new users to build it and invest accordingly, but sometimes it feels like when everything is separate and priced per product -- it affects the value perception. "Intuitive, Research-Backed Surveys with Powerful Reporting and AI Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

As a HR leader who has designed and conducted employee surveys for many years, I highly value Culture Amp’s balance of sophisticated capability and ease of use. The platform is intuitive for both system administrators and our employees, which drives strong participation. What truly sets Culture Amp apart for me is the robust scientific research behind their question sets. It gives me confidence that we are measuring the right components of the employee experience. Additionally, the reporting capabilities and integrated AI features allow me to synthesize data rapidly, instantly highlighting our wins and areas of opportunity while delivering clear, actionable next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I would appreciate more proactive, regular touchpoints from our Customer Success Manager. We want to ensure we are optimizing the platform to its fullest potential. Additionally, when new product updates and features roll out, I would love a more direct, immediate roadmap or onboarding process showing us how to successfully implement those updates within our organization right away. "CultureAmp: A Game-Changer for Employee Feedback with Seamless Setup and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

CultureAmp has really elevated how we collect employee feedback. It helps people feel safe speaking up, and it delivers actionable information with year-over-year tracking so we can see progress over time. Overall, it’s been a game changer for us. The platform is easy to use, the integration was seamless, and it was hands down the best value for money. The coach feature (AI tool) has been an incredible add-on, and the support we receive from the people scientists is truly second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The inability to speak to the integration team. We are trying to set up exit surveys and have not been able to automate. Everything is through email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Customer Service, Seamless HRIS Integration, and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I have been a Culture Amp customer for over 5 years now (at my previous organization and my current) and have remained loyal because of the excellent customer service, seamless capability to integrate our employee data from our HRIS, and the constant updated features. Our employees love the ease of the user design and the enhanced AI coach allows employees to have an additional layer of support when reviewing survey results. As an administrator, the pricing is fair and is completely worth the added data analytics we have access to for our people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think the home page could be organized differently. Our users aren't always sure exactly how to navigate to different features within Culture Amp. The To Do list is great (for completing surveys, etc) but a dashboard home page would really benefit users with simple guidance of where to go next (1, 2, 3). "Highly Flexible and Easy to Implement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I use Culture Amp for engagement surveys, shout outs, exit interviews, performance reviews, and one on ones. I like the ability to add on employees as we grow, in increments, and to launch different modules based on where we are in our journey. The product offers a lot of diversity in the products that it offers. I love the ability to slice and dice information based on groups, demographics, managers, departments, or locations, and I really love the ability to deep dive into that stuff. I appreciate the integration across modules, the way it pulls data, and how you can cross-reference, like shout outs in the performance modules. The initial setup of Culture Amp was fairly easy, and I've implemented it myself three out of four times with little to no help from anyone else. I also appreciate that multiple modules can be housed in one system, and that they integrate with each other, which is the biggest win for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think having thirty, sixty, ninety day reviews would be helpful to have, like, a preprogrammed or easier way to achieve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"People-Centred Feedback That Builds Stronger Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

What I like best about Culture Amp is how it puts people at the centre of the workplace. I really value the idea of using feedback and data not just to measure how employees feel, but to actually help organizations create better experiences, stronger teams, and healthier cultures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

One thing I’d probably dislike is that, like any platform built around feedback and data, the experience is only as valuable as what an organization does with the results. Collecting feedback is great, but if there isn’t meaningful follow-through, it can feel a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Surveys, Powerful Benchmarking, and a Standout Customer Success Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

What I like best about Culture Amp is the survey software itself, it's intuitive and makes it easy to gather meaningful feedback. I also really value the ability to benchmark our results against industry standards, which gives us useful context we wouldn't have otherwise. That said, the thing that's helped us the most has been their customer success team. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

What's least helpful is the lack of customization in certain products, like reviews. There's also no option for custom reminders or notifications within review cycles, which would help keep things on track. On top of that, product improvements based on customer feedback can sometimes feel slower to roll out than we'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Culture Amp Provides Essential Insights with Easy Setup, Needs Report Sharing Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like that the template we use with Culture Amp, which I think had 12 sections, allowed us to compare our employees' and company data across other industries and companies. This gave me a really good gauge about our culture compared to other companies and the benefits and things we were offering compared to other companies of our size and stage. We had strong data points to evaluate if we should improve certain areas and whether what we offered was standard or better than standard. It also helped with recruitment as we could tell if we had strong packages compared to other companies. The initial setup was easy, and it supported our 65-employee company well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think something I struggled with was sharing reports with managers. It was a little bit confusing to figure out how managers could have access to certain parts of the data, but not all of the data, essentially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable, Segmented Engagement Insights That Show Where to Focus"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The engagement survey turns raw sentiment into segmented, actionable data. We could see exactly where to focus rather than reacting to institute-wide averages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Reporting flexibility is the main limitation. When you want to slice data beyond the standard filters or build custom views for strategic analysis, you hit walls faster than expected. Coach is useful for first-pass interpretation but plateaus quickly; deeper analysis still requires exporting and working outside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary Tool for Employee Engagement Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I love how easy it is to navigate Culture Amp. When I bring a new user into the system to show them either how to use a one-on-one conversation tool or look at a report from the most recent engagement survey, it doesn't take but five minutes to really get them into the tool and explain how to navigate. They're quickly clicking and slicing and dicing with no problem. I also love that it is packed with inspirations for action. Getting the data is the first step, understanding it is the second, but taking action on the data is the third and arguably the most important step. With the built-in inspiration guide and the new AI coach, our users have access to resources that allow them to take meaningful action with their teams and departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I think Culture Amp could be improved by adding a feature that allows for workflows that alert managers and HR personnel when users score below a certain threshold on onboarding surveys. I saw something similar with another vendor and thought it would be great for Culture Amp. These alerts and notifications could be displayed on a dashboard visible to HR and leadership to ensure complaints are addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
