Understandably, there role is not to be a system expert, but then take the extra step to connect me with a live person who can hand hold me through the scenario. Specifically, I struggled with the set up of the Year End Performance Review. Questions came up frequently when we rolled out the performance review for the first time in December 2022. It was incredibly intensive, and I had to be a system expert, and that's not the best customer service in my opinion. Plus the articles for this scenario were missing many basic details. So, it required having a base level knowledge of the setup before you could understand the article. I shared this feedback with our CSC and the Support Team. I can't express how difficult it was and really didn't get much support from CSC or the Support Team. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Action Plan tool provides real-life insights into tackling the areas of opportunity resulting from the engagement survey. That's a big benefit to have dynamic insights to provide that resulted in successful outcomes. Another problem resolved is the ease of use for our managers and users. I hear positive feedback from the majority that it's so much easier to use for the review process than our previous tool [15five]. The 1-on-1 tool is also had a positive impact on the overall 1-on-1 experience our employees have. The tool format supports our strategy and philosophy so hoping to have a high utilization. The official roll out of the tool was two months ago. It's been a slow response but think that comes with change. ### 21. As an administrator, I was set up for success from Day One with an easy to use support system that walked me through each step and made sure any support resources were accessible at the click of a link. If our implementation would have gone wrong, it would have been on our side because we didn't complete a step. There was never a lack of support from the Culture Amp side. As an ongoing user, the insights we ahve been able to gather have proven invaluable to making well-informed, data-driven decisions. The additional analytics that Culture Amp is developing are continuing to expand this capability for us. What I find most valuable is the ongoing partnership from our account manager, customer success team, and our people scientist. They provide consistent and ongoing support to ensure we are maximizing the value of the platform and features, sharing additional insights into patterns in our data, and helping us plan for the future. I highly recommend Culture Amp in terms of the product itself, but moreso in terms of how they support you to be successful with their product features. I am using this almost daily now from 1:1s to anytime feedback, to employee lifecycle surveys to engagement surveys. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** I honestly cannot think of something I don't like about Culture Amp. Even when we have suggestions for product enahcements, the team is always open to customer feedback. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not have a comprehensive and objective way to listen deepy into our workforce and benchmark that data before Culture Amp. We wanted a way to do that with the advice and support of i/o psychologists and a platform that our colleagues would find value engaging with. We are now able to use our data to understand employee experience by location, job level, department, etc and develop action plans that are more targeted. We are also able to track progress and see patterns over time by overlaying engagement, onboarding, and exit data. Last year, we were able to demonstrate a 9 point improvement in one area that we actioned that would have been hard to quantify without our Culture Amp data. ### 26. The integration with 3rd party tools, such as Teams, are also a useful addition to minimize friction and effort to use the platform. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** This could be an issue with how our company has configured Culture Amp - but there are times where feedback will be submitted to me, but it doesn't appear in the Feedback section. Instead, I have to click the bell icon in the navbar to find it. Great insight, heatmap and report features provided in relation to the surveys. We rolled out an annual engagement survey and the insight section was utilised to present to the Executive Committee and develop actions from. Great ongoing communication options related to the performance reviews - 1:1, notes and goals. Encouraging staff and managers to continually consider ways to improve performance and support the efforts being made. Cutomer service team are always prompt to reply and will ensure you are happy with the support provided. I highly recommend this platform. Great features and a fantastic modern interface. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** Platform is great if we had to really pick at something it would be the interaction between reviews and self reflections. Employees who were managers reported it wasn't user friendly navigating between their reports self reflection, peer feedback and the managr performance review they were completing for their report. Would prefer them not to be in separate drop down Performance sections. The 1:1 feature is also great, I really enjoy the pulse survey they send before each meeting, it helps a lot with understanding your team and how they are feeling. The surveys are also great. They help you understand what is happening in the organization and allow you to drill down to each team, which is really helpful when you are thinking about what actions to take at each level. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** The overall user experience is super confusing. No one ever finds what they want on their first try. Please, consider rethinking your information architecture, it can be much better. As I mentioned, the surveys are great, but their structure—to be done only a few times per year—isn't optimal, in my opinion. Once you get the results and run the analysis, you are reactive rather than proactive. I would prefer those to be more often and cover different aspects every time. The 1:1s often lose their sync with Google Calendar for no reason, and you only discover when it's time for the weekly 1:1. So no survey or reminder was sent, and everyone forgot to add their items. It's unreliable. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Understanding our engagement, how people feel and what they are happy and unhappy about. It's easy to break down the results and go from insights to action in a few days. I really recommend it. 2) The development cycles are much better centralized in one place.
