What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Our company utilizes almost all of Culture Amp's features. We appreciate the variety, customization, tailored support, and how it's all backed by science. Their customer service is quick to respond, and their interface is exceptionally user-friendly for users across all levels, departments, and skill sets. From surveys, to performance review processes, 1:1 check-ins, and employee growth and development - Culture Amp has greatly increased our understanding of our employee experience and supported our efforts to improve each connected element. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Culture Amp helps give real-time concrete data about our employee experience that we are then able to communicate to relevant stakeholders and action-plan around as needed.
