What do you like best about Culture Amp?

My experience with Culture Amp has been exceptionally positive. This platform has significantly enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with my supervisor and colleagues. Culture Amp serves as an outstanding medium for both giving and receiving feedback, fostering a more transparent and constructive work environment.

Moreover, it excels in facilitating regular tracking of both individual and organizational goals. The platform's intuitive interface and robust functionalities allow for seamless monitoring and reporting, ensuring that objectives are consistently aligned with the company's strategic vision. Overall, Culture Amp proves to be an indispensable tool for improving workplace communication and productivity.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

UI is sometimes inconsistent in between, lack of features, there should be additional features which should be intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the employee experience it has been smooth sailing for the users and we are able to track them easily and structured manner.
