Their subscription cancelation is great, and I mean it! I had this huge fight with Zoominfo over the fact that they’ve charged my annual subscription without notifying me. I was ready to go to court for this, but thankfully, since I was one of their oldest used, they finally canceled my subscription and returned most of the money. But I got sick of them and moved to CUFinder hoping they do not do this again. And who could have known? I tried to cancel my annual subscription after 4 months, and it went just so easy that I could not believe my eyes! They ended my subscription at the end of the month! One thing I do not like about this platform is that sometimes there are minor bugs in the lead gen process and empty cells in the results.
