CueCall is a cloud-based production management platform built specifically for theatre: school drama departments, college programs, youth theatres, community theatres and small professional companies. Unlike generic project management tools or spreadsheets, CueCall is organized the way productions actually work. Scenes are the central hub, linking the people in them, the props and costumes they need, the blocking, the cues, the department notes and the files attached to them. Change one thing and everyone sees it. Key capabilities: - Show management from auditions and callbacks through closing night, with public audition sign-up pages, a casting board and cast offers - Scene breakdowns with readiness tracking per discipline - A script viewer with notes and lighting, sound and fly cues pinned to the page - Blocking on your own ground plan, entry by entry, with actor positions and crosses - Cast and crew records, contact details, measurements and availability - Inventory for props, costumes and sets with photos, storage locations and owned/rented/borrowed tracking, plus prop plots and costume plots by scene - Wireless mic plots generated from who is in each scene - Rehearsal scheduling, nightly rehearsal reports and department-tagged notes - Budgets, expenses and reimbursements - Volunteer and crew sign-up sheets, and the printed and digital audience program - Role-based views and permissions for every theatre role, from director and stage manager to cast and parent volunteers - A marketplace for renting costumes, props and sets between theatres CueCall runs in any web browser on phones, tablets and computers, and can be installed to a home screen like an app. Pricing is deliberately simple: a theatre's first two productions are free for a full year each, with every feature and unlimited users. After that a production is $14.99 per year, or $49 per year for unlimited productions. There are no per-user fees, which matters when your cast is 60 students. CueCall does not do ticketing, box office, patron CRM, donor management or live cue calling. It handles the production side and works alongside whatever box office system you already use.
