The app is exactly what we needed as business and mainly chose this due to seamless integrations with Microsoft suite tools. It can be as simple or as complicated as the business needs. Setting allow for a lot of additional features - reminders, detailed tracking etc. This can get little confusing at times, but all was addressed by always available and knowledgeable support team. Sakshi was my main Sales contact while Dilipa lead the support on IT side. Any issues that we raised - were resolved in matter of hours or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
