The asset manager tool is used regularly by our performance group to track and check in/out equipment for job site visits and allows them to effectively work as a team and know what tools are available or not to borrow for job site visits. **What do you dislike about HR365?** occasionally there is slowdowns when writing replies within the ticketing system when viewing and replying to a ticket. **What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** keeping us from dropping or losing help requests. we use the ticketing site daily for our I.T. supporting the engineers/productivity employees of KFI. The asset manager tool is used regularly by our performance group to track and check in/out equipment for job site visits and allows them to effectively work as a team and know what tools are available or not to borrow for job site visits. ### 2. Their support made the setup process smooth and stress-free! **What do you dislike about HR365?** The one downside I've noticed is that user settings sometimes revert or change unexpectedly, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be great to see more stability in this area in future updates.
