## CubeAPM Reviews
  ### 1. Solid APM with fast response times and honest pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitesh T. | DevOps Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

We run a lot of microservices. Image processing, AI inference, image delivery and API serving - all separate, and keeping an eye on all of them was getting complicated. CubeAPM helped bring that together. Traces, logs and infra in one place, and the correlation between them is what actually helps when something in the pipeline breaks.

Support is the other thing. We have a shared Slack with their team and I'd say the response time is genuinely fast. Not the usual open-a-ticket-and-wait experience.

And the migration was smoother than I expected. We were already on OpenTelemetry so most of our instrumentation just carried over.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

GPU monitoring. We run inference workloads on GPU machines and I can't see GPU utilization inside CubeAPM, so I still have to check that elsewhere. Hoping they add this at some point.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less time jumping between tools when something goes wrong. That's the main thing. When our image processing API starts throwing errors or latency spikes, the on-call team can trace back to the cause a lot faster now.

Cost is also much lower than what we were paying with New Relic. Flat pricing works well for us, so as we keep adding services, the bill stays predictable. I think that alone made the switch worth it.

  ### 2. An Efficient Observability Solution for Modern Applications and Microservices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemchand Y. | Engineering Manager - Frontend, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM provides full-stack observability in a single platform, including traces, metrics, logs, infrastructure monitoring, and real-user monitoring, which helps us avoid using multiple monitoring tools. It was easy to implement and integrate with our services, and the interface makes it simple to investigate issues across logs, traces, and metrics. Running CubeAPM in our own cloud is also valuable for security and compliance. We use it daily for monitoring and debugging, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

The core observability features are strong overall, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Real User Monitoring (RUM) and synthetic monitoring, in particular, feel fairly basic right now, and adding more capabilities in these areas would make the platform even more powerful.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us address the challenge of monitoring multiple services and systems that were previously spread across different tools. By bringing logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and infrastructure monitoring together in a single platform, it gives us a more unified view of our applications. As a result, we can identify errors faster, trace slow API calls more easily, and debug issues across services with less back-and-forth, which improves our troubleshooting speed and overall system reliability.

  ### 3. CubeAPM provides on-prem observability and control at affordable price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish G. | Vice President of Products, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM provides a great observability platform that makes it very easy to monitor application performance in real time. Since it can run within an entity's own cloud, is huge plus as data stays local and compliance is easier. Onboarding and integration was compatible with open telemetry (supports Datadog/relic/prometheus agents) so we didnt have remove existing instrumentation . UI/Dashboards are clean. Excellent customer support / handholiding and response times are in minutes.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

Cloud cost visibility / recommendations to optimise

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps gain full visibility into app and service performance across environments. It has significantly reduced our MTTR by enabling quick detection of anomalies, better tracking of API and backend bottlenecks, and clearer insights into user experience issues. Provides single view of logs, metrics traces etc. and do not need different solutions for infra monitoring, log management, distributed tracing. Usage based pricing and sampling makes budgets more predictable.

  ### 4. Effective APM for Modern Applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shantanu S. | VP Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM gives us strong observability for APM along with application runtime metrics within a single platform. We now have clear visibility into system performance and bottlenecks, which has significantly reduced downtime for our critical services. The support team is responsive, often available on Slack, and quick to assist whenever issues arise. CubeAPM’s predictable pricing and OTEL-native integrations made adoption smooth and kept costs under control compared with other legacy tools.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

The UI and dashboard experience could be more polished and intuitive. A bit more consistency in layout and interactions would improve usability. Additionally, AI-driven observability features (such as automated root-cause analysis or smarter anomaly detection) could be further strengthened to add more proactive insights.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us quickly identify performance bottlenecks, slow transactions, and runtime issues across our applications. Earlier, it was harder to pinpoint the exact service or method causing latency, which increased troubleshooting time. With CubeAPM’s APM and runtime metrics, we now get clear visibility into request flows and system behavior, allowing us to detect and resolve issues much faster.

This has reduced downtime, improved overall application stability, and helped the engineering team move from reactive firefighting to more proactive performance monitoring. Additionally, the move away from Datadog has helped us keep observability costs more predictable while maintaining the visibility we need.

  ### 5. CubeAPM Delivers Full-Stack Observability with Fast, Hands-On Slack Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash G. | DevOps Engineer Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM gives us full-stack observability across traces, metrics, logs and infrastructure - all under one roof. Don't have to juggle separate tools for different purposes. For a lean team like ours building an AI language learning app, having dashboards that actually help you spot latency spikes or error patterns quickly is important.
The fact that it runs inside our own cloud is a big plus. Our users' voice recordings and learning data stays in our own infrastructure. And since CubeAPM is natively compatible with OpenTelemetry, we didn't have to remove or redo our existing instrumentation when we migrated. That saved us a lot of time.
Support has been excellent. Previously we had to raise a ticket and wait. With CubeAPM the response is in minutes on a shared Slack channel with their engineering team.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

For dashboarding I want to have more visualization options. Basic ones are there but advanced ones like pie charts and histograms are not available yet. Not a blocker for us but would be good to have.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

APM
 - Log Monitoring
 - Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring
 - Container Monitoring

  ### 6. Reliable software for observability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun P. | SVP, Head of engineering , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM provides excellent support, which is rare to find from other providers unless your account is very large. We have dedicated Slack channels where engineers from both teams are present, and whenever we reach out with an issue, it is resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The implementation process was also quick, as CubeAPM is compatible with our existing New Relic agents, which saved us from having to redo a lot of work on our end.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

There are two main points I want to mention. First, their AI-based functionalities still seem somewhat immature. Second, they do not offer SIEM monitoring. However, for our needs, these issues are not dealbreakers.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that CubeAPM addresses for us is providing clear visibility into our technology. We now have precise insights into how our servers and APIs are performing, and it helps us identify bottlenecks quickly. As a result, we've been able to significantly reduce downtime, which in turn helps us avoid or minimize both business and reputation losses. For a tech company, the worst scenario is having your site go down while the team remains unaware, and CubeAPM has helped us prevent that.

  ### 7. Cost-Effective, Self-Hosted Monitoring with Fast, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan A. | Associate Director - Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

What I like most about CubeAPM is that it’s cost-effective and significantly cheaper than some other tools, where the billing can be difficult to understand and justify. It’s also self-hosted, which means we stay in full control of our data. Support has been solid as well: the CubeAPM team and our team communicate through a Slack channel, and they respond quickly whenever we run into issues.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM has a good user experience overall, but the UI could be improved. It really needs a designer’s touch to feel more polished and consistent.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us move from reactive firefighting to proactive performance management. It keeps track of RED metrics—meaning requests per minute, error rate, and duration—which gives us clear visibility into what’s happening inside our application. If our users face any challenges accessing our site or specific pages, we get alerted quickly. A slow-loading site can tarnish a brand’s image, but having a monitoring tool like CubeAPM helps us protect our brand reputation and serve our customers well.

  ### 8. Affordable and reliable APM with fast performance and strong support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivsvaan S. | Senior Frontend Engineer - Web Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM brings logs, metrics, and traces together in one place, which makes it much easier to understand what’s happening across the system. The way different data points are correlated helps speed up troubleshooting and improves overall visibility.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

One area where it could improve is AI-driven observability. Since those capabilities are limited, we still need to rely on an additional tool for more advanced AI-based analysis.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us gain clear visibility into our applications and services through fast, easy-to-use dashboards. The interface is intuitive and makes monitoring day-to-day operations much simpler. From a cost perspective, it fits well within our budget, which keeps both the engineering and finance teams satisfied. With better observability in place, we’re able to detect issues earlier and reduce the chances of unexpected downtime.

  ### 9. Unified observability with reliable support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj A. | Deputy Manager (API) - Trainman (Wholly owned subsidiary of Adani digital labs), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM is a unified tool to get all round monitoring of applications, logs, infrastructure and mobile apps. It gives me a unified view in a single dashboard which makes RCA easy. The support is really fast. We use a common teams channel.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM doesn’t provide any tools around LLM observability. We use LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini and need to keep track of the token usage. We need to depend on another tool to monitor our LLM calls.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps in reducing the MTTR by providing a dashboard which coorelates logs, traces and metrics thereby making the job of dev and SRE teams easier in finding the root cause. When APIs are down, taking it up asap is extremely critical and that is where CubeAPM helps a lot.

  ### 10. All-in-One Observability with CubeAPM—Fast Support and a Smooth OpenTelemetry Migration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

One tool for metrics, logs, and traces—without the Datadog bill.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

Honestly, the support is what stands out most. We’ve had shared Slack channels with other APM vendors, and most of them go quiet after the first week. With CubeAPM, the team is actually there—when we reach out with an issue or question, someone responds within minutes. That’s not something I expected going in.

The observability coverage is solid, too. We run several microservices—image processing, format conversion, video transcoding, and our DAM APIs. Before CubeAPM, keeping tabs on all of them meant constantly switching between tools. Now traces, logs, and metrics are all in one place, and the correlation between a latency spike in the processing API and downstream errors becomes obvious pretty quickly. It makes RCA a lot faster.

The migration was also smoother than I thought it would be. We were already using OpenTelemetry across most of our services, so we didn’t have to rip out existing instrumentation. We just pointed it at CubeAPM and got going.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud cost visibility is the main thing I’d add. We have meaningful S3 and CDN bandwidth spend, and I still have to go into a separate AWS console to see that. When I’m digging into a slow response, I want the performance data right alongside the cost picture; right now I have to jump back and forth between two dashboards to connect the dots. It’s not a blocker, but I’m hoping they add something like this at some point.

  ### 11. Full-Stack Observability in One Pane, Plus Truly Fast 24/7 Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

We have several services running in parallel - speech recognition, AI scoring, content delivery and user
sessions. CubeAPM gives full-stack observability correlating traces, logs and metrics in one single pane.
It integrates well with our existing OpenTelemetry setup so the migration didn't require us to redo
instrumentation from scratch.
The 24/7 support is the other thing that stands out. CubeAPM engineering team is always there on our
Slack channel whenever we hit a problem. I'd say the response time is genuinely fast. Not the kind of
support you expect at this price point.
And since it runs in our own cloud, user voice data and learning data never leaves our infrastructure. That
matters for us given the kind of data we handle.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM doesn't provide any tools around LLM observability. We use ChatGPT and Gemini for our AI
tutoring features and I need to track token usage, latency per call and cost. Have to depend on another
tool to monitor our LLM calls right now. Hoping they add this at some point.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps in reducing the MTTR. When our speech recognition API starts throwing errors or
latency spikes, the dashboard helps the on-call team trace back to the cause a lot faster now. The
coorelation between traces, logs and metrics is what actually makes that possible.
Cost is also much lower than what we were spending to run our own SigNoz infra. And we don't have to
manage the observability stack ourselves anymore - which frees up engineering time for the actual
product.

  ### 12. Comprehensive Monitoring with Fast, Intuitive Dashboards and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyesh G. | Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM has almost all types of monitoring like APM, Infra Monitoring and Log Management. The support is fast and the team is responsive 24-7. The dashboards are fast and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

1) The frontend monitoring piece is missing. 2) It does not have a SaaS setup but only on-prem option.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming from HFT industry , servers are very critical in our business, cubeAPM has covered most of the required parameters monitoring, and we are able to reduce our production down time. Since we operate on overclocked servers, which tend to go down, with cubeAPM we are able to receive alerts well in advance to avoid any future faliours. Apart from these we were able to figure out many problematic services and common failures in our internal applications.

  ### 13. CubeAPM: Real-Time Errors, Powerful Tracing, and Easy Unified Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit C. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

There are many things we like about CubeAPM. For example, it shows errors in real time, and the distributed tracing helps us pinpoint the exact issue. It’s also a very easy-to-use tool that provides a unified platform for monitoring, metrics, logs, and traces, which makes our work much easier. On top of that, it’s budget-friendly. the 1-month free POC helped us evaluate the capabilities of the platform. Also, the multi agent support eased the entire integration effort.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM doesn’t have a mobile app based APM which can do frontend monitoring. Browser monitoring is also limited.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us minimize our MTTR through fast, intuitive dashboards and integrations with a lot of alerting tools. With CubeAPM, we get full visibility into all our services, APIs, and infrastructure components. This also results in lower downtime, which in turn means less business impact and reduced reputational loss.

  ### 14. CubeAPM: Fast and Reliable APM for High-Traffic Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rithish S. | SVP - Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

What we like best is the value we get back for the cost of the product. CubeAPM is able to service all of our application monitoring needs without data bloat and excessive cost. The support is very good, and the CubeAPM team are open to hop on to a call anytime there has been a need. Since CubeAPM supports OTEL and aggregates telemetry out of the box, adoption and integration has been relatively very quick within our organisation. The UI is also easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

We have noticed that CubeAPM goes down sometimes. While the instances have been few and far-in-between, and the CubeAPM have been quick to jump in and assist; reliability in the software is something that we would have liked.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have services built on different technologies. CubeAPM centralizes our observability across services and environments while keeping costs predictable. Smart sampling is a good feature that keeps costs in check by not storing every event and log.

  ### 15. CubeAPM: Unified & Affordable Observability with blazing fast support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham M. | Associate Director Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

There are a lot of things that we liked about CubeAPM. For instance it provides one single pane for monitoring, APM, Logs and Infrastructure that makes our task easier. It doesn’t cost much and is substantially cheaper than other observability tools. Support of CubeAPM definitely stands out.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM has limited capability for monitoring of mobile apps. Especially iOS app. In browser monitoring session recordings could be added as well.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall CubeAPM gets the job done. We are able to get alerted if any issue occurs, know the root cause even in case of distributed systems. This reduces downtime.

  ### 16. Fast, affordable APM - built on open standards, backed by real support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM gives full-stack observability correlating traces, logs and metrics in one single pane. It integrates well with a wide variety of instrumentation agents and we were on open telemetry already do the migration was easy. The 24-7 support stands out. CubeAPM engineering team is always available on slack channel to resolve our queries.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

For dashboarding I want to have lot of visualization options. In CubeAPM basic options are there but advanced ones like pie chart, histogram are not there yet.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM gives full trackability and visibility of all APIs which reduces the downtime. And downtime directly impacts our business hence we want it to be as low as possible. It comes at an affordable price point, so we started saving a lot of money once we moved to CubeAPM.

  ### 17. Cost-effective observability with fast support and growing features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd A. | Senior Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM gives us end-to-end visibility across the voice pipeline telephony gateways → STT/ASR → NLU/LLM inference → TTS → CRM/webhooks. Dashboards stay fast, and we can jump from an SLO alert to the exact slow hop (e.g., model latency, vendor API, or queue lag) in seconds. AI-based smart sampling captures rich traces during campaign spikes without blowing up cost, and the managed, in-cloud deployment keeps telemetry in our VPC for compliance.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

I don't dislike anything but it is just that it only has monitoring capability but it doesn't have a cyber security module. Hence for cybersecurity capabilities we need to go to a different vendor. It doesn’t impact usability though. Overall experience is excellent.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM unifies observability across our voice pipeline telephony, STT/ASR, NLU/LLM, TTS, and CRM/webhooks so bottlenecks (queue lag, vendor API, model latency) surface fast. Correlated metrics-traces-logs shorten RCA and reduce SLO breaches. AI smart sampling captures high-signal traces during spikes, keeping costs predictable. Managed, in-VPC deployment meets compliance, and unlimited retention supports audits and model-regression analysis.

  ### 18. Seamless observability with excellent support and major cost savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arya C. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM makes it easy to gain comprehensive visibility into our applications, infrastructure, and logs. The dashboards load very quickly, which enhances our experience.

Additionally, we have noticed a significant decrease in costs compared to the tools we previously used, all while maintaining the same level of depth and reliability.

The migration from our old APM software to CubeAPM was hassle free due to multi agent compatibility.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

There is no SaaS model - it is strictly self-hosted.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my app holy bible, we see really high traffic especially on Sundays when lot of people flock to Churches. We need to get initimated of the spike and any anomalous behavious so that followeers don't see any downtime. This tool has very clean dashboard with integrations with mulitple alerting tools which helps in keeping uptime high.

  ### 19. Predictable Pricing and Lightning-Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Indu P. | Business Development Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

Predictable pricing when compared to other peers like New Relic, Signoz, Datadog. Fast support. The team responds in minutes. CubeAPM provides multi agent support where I can migrate from New Relic and other tools in few hours.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

The UI or the dashboards can be improved. It is self hosted but not an open source tool.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using CubeAPM to receive instant alerts if my website goes down and also to track Core web vitals. This way my site is always up and running when my customers browse thereby avoiding avoiding any business and reputation loss.

As I run my SEO agency, it is very important that my website core web vitals are in tact and the page speed is extremely fast. Hence monitoring this is extremely important which is solved through CubeAPM's RUM feature.

  ### 20. Blazing-Fast Dashboards with Seamless Log Trace Correlation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

The dashboards are really fast, and I’m able to correlate logs and traces easily. Support has been proactive from the POC stage through actual production usage, and the migration process, along with ongoing support, has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

Mobile monitoring doesn’t feel very polished yet.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- I was looking for a single platform that could provide log monitoring, traces, and metrics all in one place.
- I was looking for a vendor-agnostic integration for logging and tracing based on open telemetry. CubeAPM comes with that support out of the box

  ### 21. Cost-Effective, Self-Hosted CubeAPM with Responsive Slack Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CubeAPM?**

The best thing about CubeAPM is that it’s cost-effective and costs much less than some other tools out there, where the bills can be hard to explain. It’s also self-hosted, which means we’re in full control of our data. On top of that, it’s easy to use. The support is good as well: the CubeAPM team and our team communicate via a Slack channel, and they respond quickly whenever we run into issues.

**What do you dislike about CubeAPM?**

CubeAPM only has self-hosted model and it does not have a SaaS based setup.

**What problems is CubeAPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CubeAPM helps us move from reactive firefighting to proactive performance management. It keeps track of RED metrics. Meaning requests per minutes, error rate and duration. Hence this gives us a visibilty of what is happening inside our application. If our user face any challenge in accessing out site or specific pages of our site, we get alerted. Slow loading site tarnishes brand image but having a monitoring tool like CubeAPM helps us maintain brand reputation and serve our customers well.
