Having trailed multiple providers, we chose Cube19 for the following reasons;

1. Fully integrates with Bullhorn

2. Specialise in data analytics & insights for the recruitment industry

3. The onboarding team tailors the solution to meet our ways of working

4. Promotes constructive leadership based on real time information rather than going by how someone 'feels' we are doing

5. Creates transparency across the business and drives efficiencies

6. We can build instant reports on any recorded metric within Bullhorn, instantly.

What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think I've pretty much answered this above. But in short, it gives us transparency, centralised reporting (No more clunky manual CSV reports exported from our CRM), much greater reporting depth than bullhorn, enables us to identify areas of improvement with our work force and provides real time information and reporting. What do you like best about cube19?

Easily followed colour code, everything is in one place and very easily accessed! It is very easy to select which day, month, week you would like to view which makes comparing very easy.

The options for extra tabs and tools are endless, we are always adding in new ways to track certain numbers.

Being able to view stats as a whole company and as an individual.

Fits right into bullhorn, so everything is on one browser page.

The leader board tab, easy to see where you are against other people in the business.

What do you dislike about cube19?

The "CHOOSE A CUSTOM DATE RANGE" could be easier to use when you are trying to get a past year up.

What do you like best about cube19?

The ability to collate data instantly in a variety of categories. Being able to track my progress against previous performance and my own team is a really useful tool to help me manage my own work load. This allows me to be fully responsible for my own achievements and more freedom to conduct my work in way that is most suitable for me, without needing unnecessary interventions.

What do you dislike about cube19?

Sometimes it is a little slow with large data- but I do not view this as a negative- it is minor inconvenience.

It would be good to archive previous employees CUBE19 to be able to track their data for sales purposes- i.e. buying clients.

It would also be really useful to have a 12+ month plus category! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me maintain core target coverage with my existing clients by offering instant data for specific requirements- nothing gets lost or falls through the cracks!

Previous to use Cube19 it was extremely long winded and time consuming to pull reports on stats I need, or know where I am for that week on my KPI’s. the main thing for me is just how quick and easy it is and even when using it for the first time it’s very self explanatory to find the things you need and very simple. So many systems/databases tend to be unnecessarily over complicated but that’s not the case with Cube19 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about cube19?

I really like the way the dashboard is set out and how easy it is to visualise where I need to focus on in the next week.

The seamless integration with my CRM is also a big plus. I also really enjoy the fact that I can monitor my progress in real time and decide on what to focus on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its is a pity that we canot track notes from calls on Cube 19 as it is so much easier to use than Bulhorn.
