We went from updating 50+ Excel files and managing 1.75 million formulas across a 200-tab workbook to filling in two fields on one template, which gives us back about 200 hours a month. Store managers now approve their P&L through a link instead of signing printouts, all 180 locations report from the same numbers, and ad-hoc questions get answered the same weekend the data loads rather than waiting on IT. It sits on top of our existing spreadsheets and our database setup, so we didn't have to throw out the tools we already knew. **What do you dislike about Cube?** The biggest downside is that fetch times can occasionally run longer than I'd like, but whenever I've run into issues, the support team has jumped on quickly and worked with me to find a better solution. **What problems is Cube solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monthly P&Ls, Data Integration, Data Validity, Single Source of Truth ### 2. The customer service was changed recently I think but even after the change it is still top notch **What problems is Cube solving and how is that benefiting you?** combines all the softwares that we need to combine like Netsuite and Tableau. It helps me a lot with the scenario planning too ### 3. Costs are rising as a result, but although we don't use the features still have to pay for it. **What problems is Cube solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cube has allowed my company to remain on Quickbooks for far longer than we could have without the tool. The way that Cube generates financial reporting data in a way that is consumable by management, finance, etc. is key. Also the reporting and data analysis that Cube facilitates is huge. ### 4.
