CubbyDrop is a zero-knowledge encrypted file sharing service built on Cloudflare's edge network. Every file is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before upload — the server never sees your data or encryption keys. Unlike WeTransfer or Google Drive, CubbyDrop offers true end-to-end encryption by default, not just at-rest encryption. Recipients don't need an account to download — the decryption key is embedded in the share link. Features: encrypted text/pastebin, folder upload (client-side ZIP), P2P Live transfers (WebRTC, no file size limit), password-protected links, email delivery, download notifications, QR code sharing, personal subdomains, and team management. Free: 5GB storage, 3 Live transfers/month. Pro: $9/mo, 500GB. Team: $15/user/mo, 2TB.
