Czech accountants still retype invoices. A supplier sends a PDF, and someone keys the header, the line items and the VAT breakdown into Pohoda or Money S3 by hand. Čtení Faktur removes that step. Upload a PDF invoice, a receipt or a photo of a paper document. The app reads the data, checks it against Czech VAT rules, and writes a file your accounting software imports: ISDOC, the accounting system's own format (Pohoda XML, Money S3 XML, ABRA Flexi XML, MRP, DUEL, KASTNER Stereo, Vario, Účto) or CSV. Bank statements work the same way. A PDF statement becomes GPC (ABO), the format Czech accounting systems import, or SEPA XML (camt.053) for foreign accounts. Čtení Faktur is built for Czech documents. It reads the registration number (IČO) and the VAT number (DIČ) and checks them against the public ARES register. It handles reverse charge, rounding differences and several VAT rates on one document, and it generates SPAYD payment QR codes. An accounting firm keeps every client as a separate accounting unit, each with its own target system and export settings, and the whole team works in one shared workspace. Documents are stored and processed inside the EU, and they are never used to train AI models.
