We will conduct the identification and analysis of potential threats to the impartiality and take corrective and preventive actions to manage the impartiality, to ensure the confidence and integrity of the system certification activities. We will eliminate or minimize the threats to the impartiality of system certification and auditing activity by taking corrective and preventive actions against conflicts of interest based on the identification and analysis of the possibilities of various potential threats of conflicts. **What do you dislike about CSR Solution?** Nothing as such, While working with them, it was a smooth process and very professional. We were a little sceptical in the beginning but it turned out that we made a good choice **What problems is CSR Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** we do not have separate auditing team, hence we have to look for solutions outside and that where we came to know about this organization and it just worked well. ### 2. Also helping to take better decisions than ever. **What do you dislike about CSR Solution?** There is nothing to dislike here, It is very flexible software, and let me tell you it is helpful for mid/small-size organizations and freelancers/NGOs and for the government too. It can be easily integrated with other tools as well. **What problems is CSR Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** It benefits my organization to track my different programs at once without any hustle and the results can also be tracked very efficiently.
