It has hugely improved our response times, levels of automation, and customer satisfaction levels. While there is some room for improvement in reporting and customization, the overall stability and functionality make it a highly recommended solution for organizations that need efficient customer communication management. The platform never stops running, with minimal downtimes, and communications with the customer are uninterrupted. The rate of delivery for SMS and emails is extremely high, and cases of undelivered or sent-later messages are few and rare. The system also allows for easy integration with CRM software and customer support systems, enabling smooth data transfer. The solutions they provide to help us interact with our customers is outstanding.
