I find the application programming interface of CSG Forte very straightforward, which makes it easy for our software to integrate with their application and reduce friction for our clients. We've also had phenomenal support from our representative, who has been consistently responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. What do you dislike about CSG Forte? The application process when we bring on new merchants needs improvement. If you run into issues where the representative was new or the situation was unusual, they were not well-versed. I really like CSG Forte for their technology, their integrations team, and their behind-the-scenes support team. With CSG Forte, we've been able to introduce new technologies like text to pay, email to pay, and voice to pay to our customers. It's especially helpful when dealing with government services since we can operate in both English or Spanish. The initial setup was very easy, and our technology team worked seamlessly with their team for successful integrations. We've been handling hundreds of thousands of credit card transactions and financial reporting back to the clients without any issues. We are a nonprofit and take donations primarily. There are features, like the donation page look itself, that we would like to customize more that we cannot. I recently implemented CSG Forte's Dex platform and it has made a huge difference to the way I manage my payments operations. I no longer have to juggle multiple platforms and logins, and all of my payment operations are now managed and monitored in one location - saving me time and money. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with a great dashboard for reporting and analytics. What do you dislike about CSG Forte? There are some areas where more work needs to be done. For instance, while the platform allows for integration with in-house processes and platforms, it does not provide any assistance or guidance for setting up those integrations.
