Honestly, the only helpful thing about Forte is the fact that clients' information is saved automatically in the database with our own PestPac account numbers for easy searching capability and that you can edit credit card expirations without reentering the entire card number. I'm not too fond of the fact that you cannot view information until the process has been changed to a pending status and you cannot simply run a card with the minimal requirements, you must enter every bit of personal data possible. Also, the fact that you cannot delete a clients information without first editing any outdated scheduled runs is very time consuming. I am using forte from last 2 years and found it very useful as it provides all payment solutions at one point. The feature i like most is echeck payments because it is super fast, secure and very helpful. I can now easily manage my online payments and customer accounts.
