We've also had phenomenal support from our representative, who has been consistently responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. The initial setup of CSG Forte was also straightforward, with great documentation for the API and excellent support from our representative. **What do you dislike about CSG Forte?** The application process when we bring on new merchants needs improvement. If you run into issues where the representative was new or the situation was unusual, they were not well-versed. We often had to wait for someone with better expertise to work on the process, so we're hoping that improves with the first-level application processors. **What problems is CSG Forte solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CSG Forte because it speeds up accounts payable and receivable. Its straightforward API makes our software integration seamless, reducing client friction. ### 2. With CSG Forte, we've been able to introduce new technologies like text to pay, email to pay, and voice to pay to our customers. It's especially helpful when dealing with government services since we can operate in both English or Spanish. The initial setup was very easy, and our technology team worked seamlessly with their team for successful integrations. We've been handling hundreds of thousands of credit card transactions and financial reporting back to the clients without any issues. I also appreciate their strong support and feel they're on the leading edge of technology. **What do you dislike about CSG Forte?** Nothin to dislike. **What problems is CSG Forte solving and how is that benefiting you?** CSG Forte solves a lot of problems for our clients by integrating with our software, saving them hours of work weekly.
