**What do you like best about CSG Field Service Management?**

The icon of the software is the same as the app itself. We have a friendly shortcut on the Desktop that helps us to open it quickly and effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about CSG Field Service Management?**

Loading is a little bit blurred, we have a leopard on the interface and we have to wait for the files to load sometimes more than 20 minutes.

**What problems is CSG Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to add codes for services and credits on CSG and this app helps us to send links and messages to the customers.
