**What do you like best about CS2?**

Easy to work with. They bring a unique POV to the table backed with data. They can do exectional things like campaign ops, and turn around and also help build a bullet proof mOPS roadmap

No compliants :) The team is responsive, thorough and thoughtful

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CS2 helped us get our revenue and marketing ops infrastructure in order. They were able to meet us where we were, and help us develop a roadmap to get to where we need to go. They were great partners throughout the process - both from challenging and pushing our team, and aligning us on key business priorities.

Very friendly team of experienced marketing operations professionals. They were great about keeping us aligned on timelines and keeping us focused when it mattered most. Also very flexible to adjusting their work with us based on our evolving needs throughout the engagement.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

CS2 is a tremendous resource; apart from the numerous accomplishments they've assisted in achieving over the years, they're also just excellent partners. They are willing to collaborate with you in a way that benefits your company. They will adjust to meet your requirements. CS2 brings a lot of best practice understanding not just of the Marketo platform, but also of our industry and practices. They will also investigate anything if they are unsure and discover that we need to take a break before proceeding with a project and/or application. One of the finest aspects about CS2 is that they make sales.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

The only thing to remember is that CS2 is not the cheapest option on the market. There are many more inexpensive solutions available, including on sites like UpWork. However, you are paying for the experience of having "been there, done that" on several occasions. So I can't say anything negative about their work; they are extremely efficient in commercial operations. Pricing is straightforward, bills are prompt, you know who is working on what elements of each project, and they are open and honest about what can and cannot be done, timeliness, and so on.

**Recommendations to others considering CS2:**

Be as honest as possible with CS2 so that they can be more supportive; this way, they will have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, so having an evaluation with them where you can be honest and open will provide the greatest outcomes. Hiring CS2 should be the most straightforward marketing move you can make. Your employees will also like working with them and appreciate the opportunity to learn from them.

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've observed enhanced efficiency in our lead journey (scoring, routing, etc.), lead creation (I collaborated with them on things like nurturing campaigns), and improved reporting (they helped us implement the multi-touch attribution systems like Bizible). Furthermore, CS2 provided assistance for our entire strategy and planning. They also assisted us in understanding and setting the correct expectations for how we construct things, always with a focus on outcomes. Your efforts will be reflected in demand generation, pipeline, revenue, and engaged customers.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

They are exceptionally well-versed and experts in the various sales productivity tools most sales organizations use.  They made it easy to trust their suggestions which came from the perspective of expertise and "having done that before."

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

I really didn't have anything I didn't like working with them.  The only thing that was a little challenging was that their sales model didn't really work for us.  That being said, they worked with us to come up with a solution that I was able to get approved on my side.

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales opportunity management optimization.  They focus on helping companies with complex tech stacks and specific needs and provide guidance on how best to utilize those systems for the best user (sales team)  and, ideally, a more efficient experience.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

The team at CS2 is top-notch. They're pros at what they do and fantastic partners to work with. When trying to solve a problem, they know our business in and out and ask all the right questions to map out a solution to fit our needs. We get excited to meet with them weekly because we know they'll come well-prepared with updates and next steps. It truly feels like they're part of the team. 

In addition, as a Marketo admin, CS2 has broadened my skill set and given me the tools to be a successful MOPs manager. I can always lean on CS2 to bounce ideas off of them and get a quick response which keeps my projects moving.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

I wouldn't fill in this part if it weren't required. There's not one thing I dislike about CS2 (honestly). They are the best in the business, and I'm so grateful to be working with them.

If you're looking for a MOPs partner to take your business to the next level, here's your ticket. They're some of the most professional individuals I've ever worked with. They'll deliver on what they promise, and you won't regret working with them.

I can't say that there was anything I disliked about working with CS2. I would recommend them to anyone looking to optimize their Salesforce infrastructure quickly.

They are absolute pros in the way they approach projects, gather feedback from stakeholders, develop recommendations that will most benefit your org, and are intentional overall about the work they take on. They are such amazing partners to our marketing ops team that other teams at our org want their time as well :) Their resources are in demand!

CS2 works with us to develop, iterate and execute strategic marketing ops projects - from standard lead scoring projects to launching new product lines. They are valuable members of our Ops team and expertly navigate the nuances of working with other cross-functional stakeholders within our org. They keep us laser-focused on project completion while advising on and maintaining a long-term roadmap.

In addition to strategic projects, they have learned our internal processes inside and out to support day-to-day campaign execution and regularly provide feedback to help us refine and further scale those processes.

**Describe the project or task CS2 helped with:**

I have had the opportunity to work closely with the CS2 team over the past two years. Their in-depth knowledge of marketing and automation makes me feel like anything is possible. Their team is quick to execute on robust and mundane tasks from email sends to complex scoring models. The CS2 team (especially Crissy and Jerel) really takes the time to walk you through how they're operationalizing Marketo programs in a way that's easy to understand. The team is patient and communicative, which helps set up your organization for long-term success and building in-house capabilities. Because this team works with so many other marketing organizations, they're able to advise on what works for various industries across lead scoring, email marketing best practices, etc. 
When I went to the CS2 team with a vision for a nurture program that did 500 different things, their team worked with me to understand all of the various KPIs I was trying to hit and made it a reality. They created an email automation program that nurtures our entire database by funnel stage, persona, company size, and region. They were thoughtful in bringing up all of the necessary considerations to make this vision a reality (how various criteria flowed through different streams, how we'd want to structure the program to be capable of future additions, campaign hierarchy for tracking, etc.) Since the program has launched, the CS2 team has provided in-depth analysis of the nurture program every quarter along with thoughtful insights and suggestions for improvement.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

Where do I start? The people at CS2 are kind, patient, and unbelievably intelligent. Despite being such strategic experts, they have no issues taking on mundane execution requests (I've had other Marketo vendors in the past refuse to build and schedule email sends because it's a "waste for how expensive their time and expertise is"). As I mentioned above, the CS2 team works with other marketing teams, so they're able to give guidance on what's working for other marketers, such as gated vs. ungated strategies and lead scoring models. The team is also heavily involved in how our company operates so they're complete experts in all of our various abbreviations, segmentations, and GTM strategies, which continues to impress me.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

That they aren't internal hires of my organization. I wish they could join all of our team meetings since they hold so much expertise on how everything is operationalized. But considering the way we all work together, they're extremely easy to get in touch with, join calls, and are very quick to respond!

**What do you like best about CS2?**

CS2 is a rare partner in the marketing ops world. The entire team is so skilled and easily switches from being detail-oriented on tactical pieces to strategic on larger business goals. The whole team seamlessly blends into our organization and assists with cross-functional projects like sales dashboards to lead scoring and a whole Marketo overhaul. CS2 is a rare find of being competent in every area of marketing ops, but not over-solutioning - always working to find the cleanest, simplest solution for our company.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

There really isn't anything that comes to mind that I dislike about CS2 Marketing. The whole team is super easy to work with, skilled in their disciplines, and flexible!

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've worked on many projects with CS2, our main project was to completely overhaul our Marketo instance and rebuild. This included pieces like lead scoring, attribution/lead source programs, and consent tracking just to name a few. They've also built out Salesforce and Tableau dashboards and constantly find ways to be helpful.

CS2 is currently helping with the overall strategy for a new MAP implementation, while providing support on day-to-day Marketo execution.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

CS2 is extremely responsive and reliable. No matter the scenario I am always confident CS2 will be honest and upfront on the expertise they can provide and in a timely manner. This especially speaks to MAP exeuction and strategy (Marketo and Pardot), along with ABM processes.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

Really hard to find anything I dislike about CS2! They are a small but mighty team; sometimes this means that they have limited expereinces with a vast majority of technology, but with their team expanding I see this very minor dislike getting resolved.

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CS2 has been helpful in solving a handful of processes relating to multiple MAP instances with processes needing to align between systems without causing downstream effects. This speaks to their expertise and knowledge on documenting, testing, and evangelizing process issues or changes that they have helped solve and maintain.

**Describe the project or task CS2 helped with:**

I worked with CS2 during my time at Coursera and insisted on bringing them to my next company, XQ. They've been absolutely invaluable. We were in search of a new ESP; they gave us an informed recommendation and helped us set up and migrate to Hubspot without a hitch. In fact, CS2 is responsible for setting up many of our foundational processes-- from email campaign requests to UTM building and tracking. Their team is a pleasure to work with, build solid MOPS structure and have the know-how to add sophistication to any marketing department.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

The depth and breadth of their MOPS knowledge are unbeatable. Beyond that, their can-do spirit. For asks I feel like are a stretch, they still found ways to break them down, put together a clear plan for how to pursue them, and then set off on making it happen -- all within an incredibly reasonable timeline. I also loved their willingness to adapt their systems and methods to our current infrastructure. For example, the team was more used to Airtable, so they took their JIRA processes, learned their Airtable equivalents, and then set up our project managerial processes in Airtable.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

Nothing! I had a great experience with them and would most definitely work with them again.

**Recommendations to others considering CS2:**

CS2 is not only a highly-skilled team, they're genuinely kind, wonderful people. They're organized, competent, and approach all work with a smile. They bring order to chaos and have a collective culture of composure. Their work is meticulous, well-thought out, and thorough. I cannot think of enough positive things to say about CS2.  This team is absolutely stellar.

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I wrote previously, we were choosing a more advanced ESP -- which CS2 helped us choose, set up, and integrate with web and other properties. They also helped us clean up all our contacts, lists, etc. They brought much-needed organization and clarity to our systems and processes-- a necessary strong foundation for more complex nurture, drip, and other campaigns, all of which they've also been able to set up for us.

I have worked with CS2 over the past 5-6 years in multiple companies. The projects they helped me with ranged from GDPR compliance tracking to lead scoring model implementation, from email template revamp to Outreach sequence reporting, from Marketo persona-based Nurture program to Full Circle Insights campaign attribution.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

They do not only have immense knowledge in the Marketing and Sales Operation domain, they also learn and grow while the MarTech landscape evolves. They also have a perfect balance of being detail-oriented and strategic thinker. I can count on them to help out with highly technical projects, as well as cross functional projects where everything we do need to be well thought out and flawlessly implemented. But overall, I would say the main differentiator for CS2 is accountability. They will follow through even after a project is completed.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

There is really nothing I don't like about working with CS2. They are flexibile, compassionate and fun to work with!

We are working on a broad range of things in Marekting and Sales Operations scope. It really helps when you have someone with a fresh pair of eyes yet in-depth knowledge in this field.

CS2 has been a fantastic partner and has helped us get so much accomplished over the last year. They helped us revamp our entire lead lifecycle process and implemented lead scoring, data enrichment, and standardized reporting.  These projects have created the foundational groundwork our organization needs to continue to scale and optimize. We've continued to work with CS2 on an ongoing basis for all of our marketing operation needs.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

CS2 really understands what organizations need and want, and most importantly, they know how to execute. I've worked with plenty of firms where you have planning meeting after planning meeting with no actual work being done. CS2 gets things done period.

That they can't spend all their time with our organization :)

Their can-do attitude and endless expertise across so many different marketing tools! Outside of Marketo and SFDC, CS2 has also been a great strategic partner on our implementation of other tools like Drift and 6Sense. They have a solution for everything, and we trust them to figure out the best way to implement those solutions.
 
They're also fantastic communicators and move impressively fast (but with accuracy)! It's crazy to think how much they've implemented for us in such a short amount of time, and we were able to launch our first Marketo campaign within a strict timeline.

One of my favorite things about them is that they don't take a "one size fits all" approach— they really take the time to understand your use case in the context of your business so they can deliver a tailored strategy that makes the most sense for where you are in the business. The team is also sharp and intelligent, so they simply "get it" without you having to re-explain.

CS2 Marketing has helped with a number of projects in the past - whether it be helping find/solve bugs to recommending better ways to set up processes. Since they work with several different clients they always are finding new and improved best practices that can be applied to most businesses. There hasn't been a project that I've found that they didn't have great recommendations for. What's more, is that they are not only strategical but also tactical.

What I like best is that they are easy to work with and are incredibly smart. They work in a way that they are teaching you and not just doing all of the work. They are very friendly, communicative and punctual. I also love that they have a Slack channel for emergency questions.

There isn't much to dislike when it comes to CS2, the only thing that has ever come up is that there are times when they are unable to take on new clients because of bandwidth, which I respect since they want to make sure that they have enough time to deliver to their existing clients. In times when you are looking to either bring in seasoned expertise or quickly get your operations function kickstarted off the ground at an extremely rapid pace, CS2 is a fantastic resource. - Done significant data analysis looking back multiple years to understand pipeline trends.

Cs2 have been working with us for over 3 years on many different projects. They were initially drafted in to bring our Marketo instance into shape, put processes in place and generally help us establish our Marketo environment following a migration from another MAP. We've since worked with Cs2 on a range of projects, from lead scoring, marketing attribution and consultancy on how we can achieve our goals.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

Cs2 are highly pragmatic, during our time working with them we've developed a working relationship where they'll listed to our requirements and often suggest a better, more efficient way of achieving our goals.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

There's very little that I dislike about Cs2, it would be great if they had staff located within the UK/EU but they're very good at working collaboratively across timezones.

**What problems is CS2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest wins was to move lead scoring from a 3rd party supplied back into our Marketo instance, it helped save the business money and restored a trust in Marketing Ops that had been lost when we switched to a 'black box' lead scoring supplier

This is because they have deep experience and a lean agency model. They also refuse to follow the 'B2B Marketing Herd' and challenge the status quo by homing in on data, insight and results. A gem of an agency!

The CS2 team is both extremely knowledgable and flexible. At both startups, I've used them at they are the perfect combination of "get it done" for a last-minute changes but also helping guide long term strategy for growth. The team is always pleasant to work with and fast to respond. Christie has been my go-to for brushing up my skills after not being in Marketo for 1.5 years. Sincerely a live saver!

I was tasked with completing our Marketo migration as well as multiple implementations in a quarter and truly wouldn't have been successful without CS2 leading the charge. We were at a bad place with reporting where we only look at the primary campaign source which wasn't giving us a holistic view. CS2 brought their expertise to help us define lead sources and make sure we were tracking through leads, contacts, and onto the opportunity.

We hired CS2 to help implement, manage and execute Marketo for our very small marketing organization, who had big big hopes and goals. We had a new VP of Marketing who had worked with CS2 in the past and wanted to use them again. They were organized, patient and had the right level of experience to steer us in the right direction in a timely manner. CS2 kept our expectations in check, along with our wants v needs.

**What do you like best about CS2?**

CS2 comes with a wealth of best practice knowledge, not just about the Marketo platform, but about our industry and practices. They will also research something if they don't know and find that we need to take a breath before trying to plow forward on a project and/or request. They are thorough - they keep a meaningful change tracker (this has proven to be invaluable) and provide plenty of communication about staff coverage, changes to their org that may effect us, thought leadership, etc. CS2 has great experience with other platforms in the marketing tech stack, and so also provided feedback as we began to evaluate other platforms for our growing needs.

They have never treated us as a customer, but always a trusted friend. CS2 cares not just about our work, but about our relationship.

**What do you dislike about CS2?**

I dislike that we broke up (it was us, not them).

**Recommendations to others considering CS2:**

Sometimes we are embarrassed as marketers about the state of our house. The more we were honest with CS2, the more they could provide support. They've seen the good, the bad and the ugly, so going into an evaluation with them where you can be honest and open will provide you with the best results.

Besides standing up our Marketo instance, CS2 supported our overall strategy and planning. They were a great sound board for when we got to in the weeds or couldn't see the bigger picture. They also helped us understand and set the right expectations for how we built things and always with a focus on results. They were absolutely a trusted and meaningful part of our team.
