CS Motion is a customer success application for B2B companies that run on Salesforce. It is a standalone product with its own subscription, installed into the customer's Salesforce org, so CS, account management and RevOps teams work with customer health in the CRM they already use instead of a separate platform. What it does: - Customer health scores: one health standard across the whole book of business, with per-segment models built from weighted factors, group scores and thresholds. The score, its band and the reason it moved appear on the account record and in list views. - Proactive plays: when an account's health crosses a threshold, CS Motion notifies the owner and creates a task in Salesforce. - Notifications: in-app alerts to the account owner, their manager or team, with reminders before key dates. - Customer Health Overview dashboard: portfolio health, revenue at risk, ARR and upcoming renewals in one view. Customer data never leaves the Salesforce org: no sync jobs, no external copy, and existing profiles, sharing rules and audit logs apply. Setup is no-code and done by the team's existing Salesforce admin. Pricing: Free for 30 days, Pro at $24 per user per month, Enterprise with custom pricing.
