I'm opening a very data-intense shopping site that provides a lot of product info. I love that I can move a lot of data around pretty fast and with ease of use. The platform takes minimal time to learn how to use. I really like that I can use this platform without much coding knowledge--I only use coding for tweeks to my individual pages. The CS Cart team really needs to make more How-To videos and make them more easily accessible. I can always find answers to my questions, but it would be nice to have the videos in a library with sub-headings so I do not have to reach out to customer support when I get stuck. When we were looking for a marketplace software for our business, we had a list of no less than 27 companies we reached out to.

We had an extensive list of requirements that we were looking for and at the end f the day, CS-Cart provided the best solution fro us, with the most out-of-the-box features.

The interface looks fresh, is easy to navigate and quite intuitive (which was a big factor for us, since we want to make life easy for the vendors who sell on our marketplace).

As I mentioned, CS-Cart's Multi-Vendor boasts a plethora of functions and features, but there are always more add-ons to choose from. They have their own marketplace for add-ons, both free and paid ones, both by CS-Cart and by third party developers. So you can be sure to find what you need.

What I truly like best about my experience with CS-Cart though, is the customer experience. Always helpful and absolutely professional. Be it the sales team or the technical support team, you can be sure that you get swift replies to your concerns and questions and they will make sure to find a solution that suits your needs. There isn't anything I dislike per se. But the thing I like most, the many features and functions that come with Multi-Vendor, is at the same time the biggest problem. Because it means that you have to get to grips with how everything works.

This simply takes time.

Getting to know the software & learning how to set everything up correctly is no easy task. However, here the support shines yet again. Be it with videos, their very detailed and extensive handbook or simply by a support ticket, they walk you through every step and make it as easy as possible. CS-Cart perfectly combines a ready to use solution for a business user that does not want to code with full options for customization. As a small to medium business I can custom develop, buy add-ons to expand the flexibility, change the design or just set-up a ready shop in a very short timeframe. I had been looking for a solution for my store for a very long time, and when I saw and became better acquainted with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor, I immediately bought it without thinking. Absolutely finished product. I just paid for CS-Cart Multi-Vendor and got a ready-made platform! I just need to connect payment systems and start working. Convenient control from the panel, now I do not need to search, wait and ask the programmer to fix something. I can do everything myself! Friendly support. There is a forum where you can discuss some issues and find solutions for improvement.
