First- look them up in LinkedIn. Second- run their crystal profile. I love that I can get a sense of the person I am interviewing with on LInkedIn before I meet them and try to mirror their tone. At the end of the day, we are all selling something and trying to understand our customers better and Crystal helps to do that. It was very easy to implement by downloading the chrome extension. It is extremely easy to use and implement as a plugin - it integrates extremely will with LinkedIn. **What do you dislike about Crystal?** The only thing I wish is that it had more email templates specific to the type of sales outreach I am doing to prospective clients and candidates in the recruitment space - would love if one of the email templates was geared toward getting a top level candidate to respond to an inmail. **What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crystal solves the problem of not always knowing exactly the right approach to connect with a cold prospect. Considering that I am in a trial period and there is a limited number of readings, this was a bit frustrating.
