What do you like best about Crystal Practice Management?

Really like how this EHR is perfect for the primary care optometry office. Do not need to worry about having to free text basic things like contact lens parameters or exam findings. You can even customize to include more pages that suit your office, like binocular vision findings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crystal Practice Management?

I wish I could retrieve deleted/completed tasks in a "done" folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to customize patient information, track medical insurance payments and disbursements, and keep all information electronically filed.
