CrystalHACCP replaces the paper HACCP binder for restaurants, cafes, catering teams and multi-site food businesses. Staff complete daily checks on iPhone, iPad or Android: fridge, freezer, hot-holding and cooling temperatures, cleaning and opening/closing checklists, deliveries and incident reports. Anything out of range prompts a corrective action, and every record syncs to a web dashboard where managers see overdue checks across locations and export PDF reports for audits. Regional packs cover the UK, United States, UAE and Scandinavia (IK-mat), and you can upload your own food safety documents to turn them into structured checks. The business stays responsible for its own food safety system; the app supports that work.
