Their support have been very helpful and responsive. Other softwares I have used, it can take up 2 weeks to get things resolved. A few main points to summarize what I enjoy most about the product and team:

While there are plenty of specific features of Cryptowoth (CW) that I love, the main general pro for the platform is just how versatile the software is.

Almost all the other options in the market are very stagnent in terms of customization and if you need it to start doing something that it can't already then you're basically outta luck.

With CW if you need support for a new token or chain you just ping the CS chat or log a ticket and BOOM it's added and up and running in a day or two.

This isn't just vital for my company (we're operational on a number of networks and expanding all the time) but for individual users who need to track their token and NFT use and who may not just been transacting on the Ethereum Mainnet or Binance. With one program you can track all your digital assets across multiple networks and at the end of the day get whatever data output you want.

Long story short, crypto is a new industry and it changes really fast. CW is the only software I've seen that moves the same speed. It's saved me heaps of times and I'll recommend it to anyone who'll listen. It's basically Quickbooks for crypto (and seamlessly syncs with Quickbooks too so you can have both if you want ha ha). Like all things, there are pros and there are cons. CW is no different. There's not much I dislike about the software but, if forced to critique, I'd have to say that my biggest dislike stems directly from what I like so much about it which is how "nimble" it is.

Sometimes the CW is moving so fast adding features and changes it can get a little disorienting. Kinda like when you update your operating system and all of a sudden you don't know where something is b/c it's moved. Every once and awhile the CW team will make a change and I will log in and have to poke around trying to find something. It's never really a big deal (and honestly...I'm just being picky b/c whatever changes they've made are almost always positive and I'm just being lazy) but if I had to gripe that would be it.

That said, if me having to hunt a bit and refamiliarize every once and awhile is the price of kick-ass software that makes my life infinitely easier...I'll take that trade-off in a heartbeat all day long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about CW is that it is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Dashboard gives a great overall view of your positions and a quick snapsot of the status of your work. Each time we need to manage one currency, the Cryptoworth team is very proactive.
