There is nothing about shady Cryptopia that I like. They used Dotcoin from the beginning to silently take criminal action while being very discreet and intentional. The massive money laundering, theft of cryptocurrency. I believe the intent was stealing from people would keep the exchange afloat. Publicly making false claims of a sudden hacking concluding in a breach, claiming an unauthorized hacker was accessing the trading platform. Nothing could be further from the truth. Common sense of the founders would have sparked their state of awareness of what was happening. Both founding members having involvement is a logical assumption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cryptopia? The Dotcoin logo is in the Cryptopia logo. It is like a please of guilt. I've heard it said, "hidden in plain sight" That perfectly defines the logo in logo expression I have just noted here. Were both logos created knowingly and intentionally so intertwined with one another? Who knows? Seeing that the exchange was attacked by a hacker plus the same time as Cryptopia's non-successful down spiral. Did Cryptopia have investors readily available and willing? For the Dotcoin enthusiasts, the mining community & crypto fans it was an unfortunate ending . The golden rule "do unto others as you would have them do unto you filing for bankruptcy would be an equal outcome for a company that scammed its users. Both Cryptopia's logo and Dotcoin's logo are the same. The statement: "hidden in plain sight" is painting a different picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cryptopia solving and how is that benefiting you? I did become far more informed about cryptocurrency. That was one positive. By my observations, the crooked entrepreneurs got the ending they desired, I suppose. This little organized crime attempt did not prevail. The level of corruption isn't shocking nor amazing. Perhaps, for the average guy or gal, maybe. After hundreds of hours of self-education, I sought knowledge and learning from others, so my knowledge of corruption is nothing short of extensive. The greatest thing about Cryptopia has to be its coin pool. When you go on it and search through the pairings, you can scroll down for a while and still have tons left to go through. Its very likely you won't even know most of the coins that are on the platform. That is good because it means its a place that certain people can go too for extremely lesser known coins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cryptopia? The interface of Cryptopia just looks extremely confusing. The actual trading zone is pretty weird because the sell orders and buy orders are displayed in a list format that is just straight text so it is very weird to look at. An extreme downside of the exchange is the lack of volume on it as well which doesn't help the sell order/ buy order case either as it can be harder to trade when few are on the platform to fill orders.
