The app needs to be rebuilt with a more user-friendly UI and improve the performance, it's quite slow and the charts of the coins only display 6 months. The balance being topped up on the debit card shows up in the portfolio value which should not be the case. A lot of improvements are needed on the app and less focus on marketing. I find that the exchange rate is very high compared to a lot of other exchanges. I think they shove their currency down your throat a little bit even though it's subpar. I love the mobile app; it's easy and allows you to do almost everything you need. It's probably the only crypto service that I use more on mobile than on desktop. The credit card connected to the account is great, allowing you to recharge directly from your bank account or use cryptos already on your crypto.com account. It's not yet integrated with any DeFi application; it means that you have to move out your funds to use them on any other protocol. Moreover, the number of coins listed on crypto.com is still quite limited, at least if compared to Binance or other exchanges.
