Crust CRM is an open-source software, which means that users have access to the source code, can modify and customize it and suite of tools for customer relationship management, including sales automation, marketing automation, customer service, and project management

here don't appear to be any significant drawbacks or negative aspects of Crust CRM.  it has a strong reputation for being customizable, user-friendly, and open-source.
