Reports and Systems allowed me to keep an eye on the business while not having to be actually in the restaurants. It kept me involved with my team and kept them energetic to perform well. The report building was a bit difficult to do on our own. Sometimes it would be nice to just create a report without having to get Marcus involved. That being said, Marcus never made me feel like I was burdening him by asking for help with reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
