We have been able to leverage this product for multiple departments communication to field level operations. **What do you dislike about Crunchtime Ops Execution?** Communication and support level seems to have declined since Crunchtime acquired. Changes will be made without notification which affects the functionality of the product. We have had more than one functionality be affected from "deployed fixes" and they have been unable to restore previous functionality and the responses has been "this is how it works now". **What problems is Crunchtime Ops Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenput allows us to establish task based objectives. We are also able to utilize forms to do surveys, walks, audits, record feedback, and much more. **Official Response from Thao Littler:** > Hi there!
