They have an incredible team of Customer Support Specialists who made our implementation so efficient. Their team members were supportive and helped us through EACH STEP of the implementation, scheduling daily meetings to keep the project moving. I've never had customer support like this. Its not difficult at all ONCE you learn how to use it. The reports are easy to use. Some of the JE's that track things already in my GL seem redundant and a bit confusing but we've worked through them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In 2023, I completed product demos from three competing software vendors to assist in our GASB 96 implementation. I highly value ease of use and LeaseCrunch was the most straightforward software solution of those I demoed. Additionally, the pricing was competitive and we determined it to be the best value. Allocations are built into the software but I believe there is a current hard cap of 10. I would like to see this increased because my organization has dozens of business units which require GASB 96 allocations. Therefore, there is still some manual data entry that has to be performed. LeaseCrunch is very user friendly which was important to us as a firm. The simplicity of entering lease data and navigating the platform was a big part of our decision to go with LeaseCrunch over another platform. The user interface is very nice;the training is simple, short and effective; the wizard walks you through the steps nicely; great Knowledge Based and the "FASB/IFRS Help" feature is awesome - such a simple add-on but it provides a lot of value to help us navigate ASC 842.
