Our clients have also appreciated receiving fewer requests, thanks to the output provided by Crunchafi Data Extraction. **What do you dislike about Crunchafi Data Extraction (formerly Strongbox)?** My main concerns with Crunchafi Data Extraction relate to the reports it offers. It would be much more useful if vendor concentration and spend reports also included inventory purchases. Additionally, having AR and AP reports available on a monthly basis would represent a significant improvement. **What problems is Crunchafi Data Extraction (formerly Strongbox) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It primarily solves the time it takes to pull trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and general ledger data from the Company's accounting software. ### 2. Currently, if i need to pull GL details for a certain account, i have to do it individually by year. Also, a Gross Profit analysis by customer would be very useful. **What problems is Crunchafi Data Extraction (formerly Strongbox) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time. Pulling data is time consuming and monotonous, which causes me to lose focus and spend even more time. ### 3.
