Advisory Analytics connects to 150+ accounting, ERP, payroll, CRM and operational systems, cloud-based and on-premises, through a read-only connection that never changes the source data. For CAS practices: Connect each client in about five minutes. The firm-level dashboard shows which clients are growing, which show signs of financial distress, and whose complexity has outgrown their fee, with cash runway and the drivers behind it. Industry benchmarks compare each client against anonymized same-industry peers, and an industry-by-revenue-band matrix shows where your practice makes money. The client-level dashboard gives your team 18 KPI tiles with trend, momentum and a 13-month heat map, plus client-ready packages exported to Excel or PDF, including an automatic indirect cash flow statement with MTD, YTD and TTM comparatives. Build a package once, then publish it to every client or a chosen group. For FP&A teams: Bring ERP, CRM, payroll and operational data into one consistent structure without manual exports. Master data management and chart of accounts mapping give finance a reliable view across systems. Connect report-ready data to Excel or your BI tools without technical expertise, and use pre-built templates for income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and KPI dashboards to cut prep time and reduce errors. Teams using AI can query normalized data in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot through Crunchafi’s MCP server. The math is done before the AI sees the data, so the same question returns the same numbers every time. Permissions carry over, so each user sees only the data they’re authorized for.
