## About Cruit
Cruit is an employee referral platform for HR and talent acquisition teams. It sets up a company’s referral program from its careers site and applicant tracking system (ATS), launches it on the company’s own domain, and keeps it running with scheduled campaigns, challenges, and reminders. Recruiters review and approve suggested actions rather than configuring or maintaining the program themselves. Cruit has two interfaces. Employees use a branded web app that works on desktop and mobile without installation. They log in via a magic link, refer a candidate or share a referable job in two clicks, and earn credits as their referral moves through hiring stages. Credits are spent in a built-in reward store with gift cards, cashback, or company products. Recruiters use a dashboard that shows referrals, hires, participation, source quality, time-to-hire, and ROI per campaign, plus an action center where drafted campaigns, challenges, nudges, and reward changes wait for one-click approval. An assistant answers questions about program performance and applies changes on request. The platform syncs jobs, candidates, and hiring stages with the ATS so new roles become referable automatically and referrals arrive in the ATS with the source attached. Employee lists can sync from an HRIS. Campaigns are delivered by email and Slack. Cruit integrates with more than 50 ATS systems on its standard plan, offers custom integrations, and can also be used without an ATS. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription by headcount with no per-referral or per-hire fees. Reward payouts are invoiced separately at cost.
