I wish it allowed me to classify issues based on roles within the organization and website architecture. The notifications alert should be revamped to serve its purpose. This allows us to check through multiple markets websites that we use and see the issues at a glance. We can then deep dive in to the issues and resolve them in a quick manner. This allows us to check the sites in a weekly manner and resolve any issues that may occur in this time frame. All in all it is a usefull tool for our organisation **What do you dislike about Crownpeak DQM?** I would like there to be a way to initialize a new scan from the dashboard without having to raise with the team. This would save us time and allow us to alleviate any concerns that our clients have with issues showing on the website. Currently we have to raise this with the support team and have to wait for them to come back and let us know if this has been auctioned. **Recommendations to others considering Crownpeak DQM:** N/A **What problems is Crownpeak DQM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve numerous problems and have a series of checkpoints in place to check for issues. From broken assets to incorrect copy and everything in between. We also use the tool as a digital governance tool, allowing us to set us checkpoints that match brand guidelines and will show us any issues. As well as using it as a way to look for English on the sites as we look after sites for lots of multi language markets ### 4. We look at the list prioritizing the blockers first, then the P1 issues and so on. The resource that highlight the issues is very useful as the description of the issues and the listing of the URLs that must be fixed. **What do you dislike about Crownpeak DQM?** Sometimes we have difficulty to understand the issue, especially when it can't be highlighted. After some experience with the tool, we shared information between our peers what made possible to understand faster the issues and solutions. Besides that, we know that some of the issues are not considered by Google anymore, and another part of the issues can't be fixed in the platform we use to develop sites. I think what I like best is the good visibility of errors when trying to show others where their content and pages are failing **What do you dislike about Crownpeak DQM?** Sometimes it is difficult to understand how to fix certain errors on our platform as we are not DXM integrated I have used W3.org for more info, or email the help desk on your side.. **Recommendations to others considering Crownpeak DQM:** It can handle large scale websites and pages that's for sure **What problems is Crownpeak DQM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 70 websites and 17k+ pages so we are working on overall improving the accessibility and SEO on all of our pages, because some of these are run by agencies it's about sending packs of errors out per checkpoint and handing those over for them to implement on templates. ### 7.
