CrownCall is an AI receptionist built for UK trades: plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, roofers, landscapers and other call-out businesses. When you can't answer, CrownCall picks up 24/7 in your business name, takes every detail (name, number, address, the job and when suits) and sends the job straight to the free CrownCall app on your phone, so you can ring back and win the work instead of losing it to the next number the customer tries. It handles several calls at once with no engaged tone, keeps a recording and transcript of every call, and sends a monthly report of calls, jobs and what they were worth. You keep your own number. It's 100% done for you: we build your receptionist, test it and switch it on, with UK-based support and unlimited calls and minutes.
