Using Adaptive Shield is like switching on the light and see the work you have to do. Sometimes you might think that it is more work if you see more but what helps a lot with Adaptive Shield is that the customer support team helps you to prioritise the workload. Adaptive Shield providers a platform to easily manage a large portion of our SaaS security posture. Their teams are very active in maintaining and creating new integrations. I use it pretty much every day; It is an easy-to-navigate GUI, usually straightforward with integrations, and a great source of truth to find gaps in my business infrastructure. Observability - the ability to put a light on the things you didn't know you don't know. Accessibility - by getting the step-by-step remediation and the user/entity/policy affected makes the process a lot more friendly to fix or review Customer Support - either the TAM/CSM to the regular support, the time span it takes to address the issue and the length of the team going in order to help is truly impressive. What do you dislike about CrowdStrike Falcon Shield? the app runs a check every x amount of time (depends on the app itself in order to not cause workload and affect the day-to-day operation).
