The cloud-based technology is great because it ensures nothing hampers the performance of our endpoint devices. I appreciated the smooth installation process, which went off without any hitches. The real-time detection feature is excellent, as it detects threats instantly before they cause any damage. I also like the well-structured dashboard, which makes it easy to view the state of security of each endpoint. Another highlight is the threat intelligence provided by its artificial intelligence capabilities, which can spot new patterns of suspicious activity pointing to zero-day attacks. There are two major areas where CrowdStrike shines: technical execution and vendor relationship. - Low Overhead & High Signal: The agent is incredibly lightweight on our workstations and very easy to install and maintain. More importantly, it doesn’t suffer from "look-at-me" syndrome. I don’t get bombarded with useless alerts just to prove the software is working: this completely eliminates alert fatigue. - The Anti-Aggressive Vendor Experience: Unlike other major security vendors, there is zero annoying upselling or intrusive advertising inside the platform. The sales and account teams are refreshing to work with. They check in exactly once a year to gather feedback and see if our needs have changed, suggesting new plans only if we ask and it genuinely makes sense for us. - Top-Tier Support: I've had a couple of instances when I've reached out to technical support: very good experience on that front, too. They actually listened, taking my issue seriously, and proceeded to solving it (in one instance) or pointing me to the relevant documentation (the other). The interface is clean and easy to use, to the point that it's too clean, effectively hiding background complexity but also its potential. As a smaller deployment protecting a subset of employee workstations, we needed an enterprise-grade solution that would instantly satisfy auditors and meet rigorous certification requirements without requiring additional effort from the security operations team to manage it. CrowdStrike gives us a well-known name in the market name that passes any audit on sight. From the business point of view, the sales team was willing to offer us highly competitive, reasonable pricing despite our smaller scale.
