The system is intuitive, easy to implement, and looks professional. CrowdRise customer service is friendly, fast, and provide great solutions to the rare problems I have encountered (mostly me wanting to do something unusual within the system). What do you like best about CrowdRise by GoFundMe?

Customer support in all departments is caring, responsive, and helpful. Any problem or question you have, anyone I have connected with is concerned and ready to assist. They loop in different support channels to ensure your issue at hand is resolved efficiently. I can't tell you how great that is when our fundraising season is only 10 weeks long. During our sign on process, we were told a few conflicting things from what we actually received. Luckily our Account Manager has handled all of this well and is working with us to keep the ball rolling and find solutions outside of what was originally promised. This is really only handy if you're using this as part of a nonprofit organization that can handle their fees. If you're a smaller, scrappier org, you may need to keep your cash close as funding is often tight for nonprofits anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
