We have been able to boost our clients reviews through the automated outreach and measure consumer happiness with automated surveys. It's been a huge benefit to us and our clients and they use it all the time. **What do you dislike about Crowdly?** It took a little to get set up but after it was going it is very easy to maintain. Customer support helps immensly here. **What problems is Crowdly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of reviews and automation. ### 3.
