"8 years with CrowdIn"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

CrowdIn's Support still great: fast, instructive and responsive; they always send videos. They're still the same consistent tool that I have using all these years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

Tech companies tweak and change their designs and interfaces often. Recently, CrowdIn changed the button 'Save' to the icon of a flop disk, and that was confusing to a translator that didn't save their translations at the end, so we needed to extend a deadline. "Great platform for software localization and translation"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

Crowdin is a fantastic platform for crowd-sourced software translation and localization. It lets us easily integrate our progects, upload new strings to translate and then use them in the next build. I love that Crowdin has built-in machine translation, which helps translators in localization. And the free pricing plan is quite generous. The recently refreshed user interface is very pleasant and easy to use. It now also allows for integration of AI-based tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

There's one thing I don't like about Crowdin, and it's pricing of private projects. If you need more than 1 private project, you have to upgrade to the Pro (2 projects) or Team (unlimited projects) plan ($50 and $150). I, for example, don't need more hosted words/or more integrations, so paying $150 per month seems not worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crowdin Streamlined Our Localization with Powerful Automation and Smooth Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

Crowdin has significantly simplified our localization workflow. The integrations with development tools, automated synchronization, translation memory, and glossary management help keep translations consistent and reduce manual work. The platform is easy to use for both developers and translators, and collaboration across teams works smoothly. Support has also been responsive when needed. Overall, it's a powerful solution for managing multilingual projects at scale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

Crowdin is easy to get started with and offers strong automation features. The learning curve for some advanced settings can be a bit steep, but once configured, it saves a lot of time in managing multilingual content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crowdin Streamlines Localization and Speeds Up Translations"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

Crowdin makes localisation much easier by keeping all translations in one place, streamlining collaboration with translators, and reducing manual work. It helps us maintain consistency across languages and speeds up the translation process significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

The machine translations are not always accurate enough and often require manual editing. More advanced AI-powered translations like chatgpt would improve efficiency and quality.sks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Competitive with Excellent Quality Translation via AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I use Crowdin for translating our wordings on our product platform, and it allows us to translate our web product into all the languages we want to support. What I like the most is the pricing, which is very competitive compared to their competitors. The AI feature with pricing without additional margin is very fair on their part. This allows us to translate very quickly while maintaining excellent quality. I use Crowdin in conjunction with GitHub actions, which integrates well into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

The branching part: we wanted to implement that, but in the end, it makes the number of words hosted for each branch explode, so it's really not ideal for a product like ours + the translation memory part that doesn't work well for complex strings with context. I would like to have a file-based project, on which we create a new branch, and in the Crowdin interface, we would only see the new strings like a git diff. That would be the best. "A platform with the best collaboration and integration experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I like that it's quite easy to integrate Crowdin with the existing pipeline. I had to set up an integration with our repository on GitHub, and I tried both ways: a guided tutorial on how to do it with their app (as a part of the onboarding process) or a complete manual approach via GitHub Actions. Both were actually surprisingly great.

It's also very easy to collaborate in Crowdin since it's a web app and the UX is tailored to that. I found it pretty intuitive overall too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

I remember I initially had a couple of minor issues that were caused by somewhat confusing documentation. I spent a whole day trying to understand what is going wrong. Instead, I had to contact their support team directly because, as soon as I did it, they helped me to resolve the issue in less than half an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple solution that saves time and increase translation quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

Onboarding process was simple and they helped us setup our instance. From that point everything went smooth. Whenever we had any issues, their support team resolved it quickly and pushed the fixes into production in days. Both manual and AI translations are easy to manage and overall consistency and quality of translations went up since we started using Crowdin as our TMS solution. What do you dislike about Crowdin?

Pricing model could be simplified, but nothing crazy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for multilingual copy updates, but Webflow sync issues and a steep learning curve"
3/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

It's very useful to see the current status of our copy in different languages and being able to update it. Especially useful since we work with external translators and being able to create tasks for them saves us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

The integration with Webflow has been extremely difficult and a very disappointing process. A really big amount of translations were lost in the sync and now we are left with a lot of untranslated strings that have to be redone. This is causing issues when syncing that are costing us a lot of time to solve on a weekly basis. Three months in and we still don't truly understand how the tool works. Support is fast but give a lot of non-answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Translation Management with Room for Integration Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I quite like how easy Crowdin is to set up. It's really convenient that I can reuse my glossaries over different projects, which saves me a lot of time. We also managed to connect our own AI, which we've trained, eliminating the need to set up a glossary for every project. Instead, I can have one glossary and use it across multiple projects, which is super valuable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

What can be improved is that the integrations are not super intuitive. Sometimes, for example, for integration for workflow, it would look like everything was in, but not all the translations came in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crowdin, helping the community through translations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I like the help that the site offers at the time of translation, whether through AI or by means of a possible "dictionary." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

Some warnings he gives about writing errors appear even when, in fact, there is no error at all. For example, he considers certain messages as foreignisms, but the issue is that everyone uses them in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
